Perfect evening in a beautiful location with great food. The atmosphere is so nice antique parts meet modern parts based on a hill from where you have a nice view on the hilly landscape around you. The service is very helpful and mindful. We took the 7 course chef’s menu and it was great. Every course was decorated and presented stunningly and the taste was so good. With the menu came also the fitting wine. The wine was from the region and had a great intense taste. We are very happy that we found this place and had a great experience. Thanks to the whole team.

Wow! Amazing food, very refined and unique. Also great views for an aperitif and excellent service. Would highly recommend, especially the vegetable canneloni and semifredo. 👍🏼

Nice place with a great terrace overlooking the beautiful hillside. Typical food of Piemonte served with a modern touch. The best vitello tonnato I have ever had. A bit hard to find but it is worth finding it.

Nice food, best wines, Cozy place, near to the vineyards... What more can you ask for?

Ubicato nel centro storico del bellissimo borgo di Cremolino, il locale è nel bel palazzo che fu il glorioso ristorante Bel Soggiorno.
Oggi guidato dalla mano sicura dello chef Federico Ferrari, propone un menu degustazione incentrato sulla tradizione ovadese e alessandrina. Discreti salumi di produttori locali, ottimo il cono di alga con crema e tartufo, un tantino sapida la salsa tonnata del vitello, eccellenti rabatón come pure gli agnolotti ( pasta perfetta)
Galletto servito al tavolo, gustosa la guancia di fassona con l felice intuizione di aggiungere un sentore di senape al purè in accompagnamento. Come pure i formaggi, con un soprendente blu allo zafferano.
Dolce, un bunet non indimenticabile, mentre ottime le praline di cioccolato ripiene äl tiramisù come pure le meringhe in accompagnamento al caffè
Calice di champagne a 10€
Carta vini non ampia ma
con ricarichi onesti e buona selezione di Piemonte.
Conto corretto, servizio attento e cortese.

Très bon restaurant dans les village Cremolino dans la région piémontaise !
Le bâtiment est très beau !petit carte mais les plats du chef sont s'écoulant ! Couleurs,  goûts et plaisirs assuré !Les vins sont très bons !Le service exemplaire !
L'accueil des propriétaires était très sympa !

Un posto veramente magico! Trovato a caso girando per i ristoranti consigliati della zona, abbiamo cenato veramente bene! Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione “Colli ovadesi” se non ricordo male ed è stata un’esperienza di gusto veramente piacevole! Costo in linea con il servizio e la cura dei piatti, super consigliato!

Tutto buonissimo! Consigliamo i Rabaton (gusto delicato) e Alassio2012 (palato deciso). Mi raccomando...tenete uno spazietto per il caffè che non arriva al tavolo da solo ma accompagnato da una piccola (grande) selezione di pasticceria.
