- CHIANTI MIXOLOGY - Farm ‍

My wife and I stumbled on this spot after a downpour diverted our original plans. We only have a couple days in Chianti and we were so fortunate to wander in. Call ahead and make a reservation or use the form on the website, it is quick and easy. Some of the restaurants in the area book up, even on weekdays.

Everyone was very warm and welcoming from the first moment. The staff were very detailed in their descriptions and recommendations and checked in and chatted briefly as we went.

The food was great, all a little unique in a very good way, as were the cocktails. My wife is vegetarian and they were very accommodating and helpful when she asked for ommissions. Their daily specials included vegetarian options.

I hope everyone gets as good an experience here. I would recommend this operation to anyone looking for what you see in the pictures and reviews. It is very accurate.

Wonderful place with outdoor terrace overlooking tuscany hills while you drink local bianco or red wine. Pear with blue cheese and honey as a starter was fantastic, chicken wings also good. Prices are reasonable. Wish i could be there now. ♥👌😎💪

We got two pizzas:
One Margherita (tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella)
and the other was Portabella Mushrooms and Capicola, with Buffalo Mozzarella (no tomato sauce)
BOTH were phenomenal experiences.

The nice waiter spoke English, which is always a plus.
The prices were very reasonable too.

This place made a whiskey sour with wine as a cocktail, and it really worked. The food is all fresh, organic and locally sourced. And cooked to produce excellent flavours. Definitely a place to stop at for a meal.

We went in late afternoon for a cocktail and decided to stay for a pizza. Kitchen opens at 6:30 and we were glad we stayed. We really enjoyed the pizzas and the thin crust was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed a classic Negroni and a Strawberry cocktail too. I spoke to Matteo, one of the owners, he explained their concept of using quality products sourced in Tuscany. We liked the outdoor setting and plan to revisit. Reservations recommended as it tends to get a bit busy when the kitchen opens. We were there around 5 and there were tables available.

The food, the drinks, and also Mario were all fantastic. My wife and I were staying at a b&b close by. My wife loves a good cocktail and italy doesn't have much for that. We happen to drive by and she spotted the sign that said mixology. It seemed closed(it was 3pm at the time) so we looked online and made reservations for dinner. We had no idea how great the place was going to be. Mario our waiter helped us navigate the menu and the drink selection. We are american and although we both tried to learn Italian for months we still have trouble. The whole staff spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. By the way...tons of parking. I wish I got pictures of the drinks and food but honestly we ate and drank everything so fast. It's a great, relaxing, comfortable place with great drinks(try the chianti mule) and great food(try the pulled pork, wow). All of the staff were very friendly and helpful I happen to only get Mario's name but everyone was great. Go here, eat here.

With everywhere in Panzano firmly closed at 6pm on a Sunday night, we rang here and were surprised to find that they were open till midnight. With nowhere else in walking distance from our BnB open, we hopped in our car and what a great decision that was. With all cocktails made from alcohols and ingredients from the Tuscan region, my husband and I tried two cocktails each and they were extremely delicious - very refreshing and slightly different to the norm. We also tried some homemade Arancini (nice flavours and not too ricey) as well as some olives and salami. We really enjoyed our visit and recommend stopping by! It was refreshing to have some expertly made cocktails, a welcome change from all the (delicious) Chianti we have been drinking. Truly delicious expertly crafted cocktails. Very impressed - definitely stop by if you can!

Our favorite place in Panzano!!! Awesome staff makes you feel like you're at home while they serve not only the most flavorful food (especially the lime chicken wings), but also mix up the most refreshing cocktails in the area! The view is outstanding of the countryside as well. Not to be missed, even if you're just passing by touring the vineyards of the area. Great job everyone at Mixology!!!

Did not expect to find a complex cocktail bar out on that road. Great drinks and wonderfull service, our bartender/waiter was so engaged in us and offers us free snack with the drinks and gave us stories and laughter. Made my day!

Casual place with amazing food and drinks. They make everything using local ingredients and this goes for the drinks too. We had an agri-spritz and two cocktails with gin and paired them with the pizza ai funghi porcini nostrali and Crudo e rucola. The view, the service and the ambience was unbeatable. If in Chianti region give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Hidden gem in Chianti! Best drinks with delicious food, and exceptional service. The tiki farm drink will blow your mind! We came back so many times during our trip that it was almost embarrassing — but the staff are so good at making you feel at home that we could t help ourselves. Exquisite food, an abundant aperitif, excellent cold cuts, a delicious carpaccio. Dream place with a view that takes your breath away. the staff prepared and kind. Good and refined cocktails, a stop in Chianti to try.

Eating here for the second time this week, the first time because it was the only place we could find parking, but because the food was so amazingly wonderful, we have come back. Not only was the food wonderful but the staff were amazingly friendly

Would give 6 stars if I could. Fantastic restaurant all around. Service was excellent, especially Mario and Dimitri. They were attentive, kind, and made our several times dining at the restaurant very memorable. Vibes and ambiance are great — fantastic music and great views of the rolling hills during the sunset. Food was unbelievable — tried the pizza, steak, and burger at each of our three visits, each was clearly made with fresh ingredients. Cocktails were incredible as well. Everything is very fairly priced. Would recommend highly.

The best food and cocktails we found in the area! We stopped by chance when looking for vineyards to visit, and they were gracious enough to open up a little early for us. Their cocktails are phenomenal, the pulled pork sandwich was tender and bursting with flavor, and their pizzas (which are only served for dinner) surpass any others we tried in the area. On our short stay we visited Chianti Mixology twice, making sure we had time to stop by and try the pizza for dinner after a day trip to Florence.
