Ristorante Levantino

One of the best restaurants that I visited in my life!!! Rating 4.6 is not bad but to be honest I cannot understand how anybody can rate it less than 5-stars. We had the best table with amazing view and we made reservation for the next day. Everybody should visit it!

This restaurant is amazing! Awesome service! We were treated so well even if the first time we arrived just before closure and the second time on a day when they were not supposed to be opened at all. Delicious food! Light and full of taste. Cocktails if a good quality. They speak English here. Also the sea view is nice. Really enjoyable place here ❤

I’ve tried mussels in Gorgonzola sauce, grilled squids (calamari), codfish in walnut sauce - everything was DELICIOUS. Service was really friendly - it’s true family restaurant. 10/10, TOP!

My husband (Italian) and I (Aussie) like to find special places to dine whilst travelling, that are off the beaten track. These are the type of places where the menu is not translated for the benefit of tourists... and Bagni Arcobaleno delivered. This quaint little restaurant sits on the beach at Moneglia; literally, the waves roll in right underneath it. Our first experience here came when we were strolling the beach, half-looking for a quiet place for a spritz. The beach was deserted - not a soul in site. We knocked on the door to query if open, and while technically it was shut, the chef/owner invited us in on the basis that all we wanted was a spritz! Despite this, he whipped us up an apperitivo; an exquisite plate of small tasters... refer to the photos posted; some very delicious pesto/parmesan and sardine topped fritters, stunning fresh tomatoes and then the most amazing spinach ricotta pasta in black truffle infused walnut sauce - a.m.a.z.i.n.g. And, of course, we had a front row seat along the window (all inside tables in the resaturant offer this) with the waves lapping in right under us, and a stunning sunset. We were so impressed with the experience that we decided to book in for dinner the following night. The experience was largely the same; we ordered the degustation menu at 38euro each, and it was sensational.... Standout dishes included the seafood carbonara (neither of us had seen anything like this before - it was unique and it was really very exceptional). The tuna carpaccio was incredible, the seafood marinara pasta was also extremely good. Really, there was nothing on this menu that left us desiring more - and it would be fair to say that we were glad to have a short walk back to our hotel as it was definitely a very generous menu to get through and the value was well worth it.

A final note - the restaurant is not at all pretentious and if you're looking for somewhere to don your high heels, the setting here doesn't quite work. Go instead for smart casual dress... it's a pretty relaxed atmosphere :) Grazie mille to the team - definitely a night and a meal to remember our time in Cinque Terre by!

Fantastic food, a choice of a few very well prepared and cooked meals that combined with great service.

That was an experience, we ate fancy variation of local food with local wine, and mussels that were not in the menu, seemed like all local people came to eat them, hadn’t had such fresh ever before!

A perfect place for a dinner at the sunset! To have tables with the sea view it’s better to book in advance. Otherwise, no matter where you sit, the food experience is simply amazing! The staff is very welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend the mussels with Gorgonzola and potatas fritas and spaghetti with creamy fish sauce. Super delicious and great atmosphere!

Food was delicious. I had the mussels with gorgonzola and fried potato's. It was a huge portion and was the best thing I ate in Moneglia. For main course I had the calamari which was also fantastic.
My husband had the cheviche and the rockfish. He loved both his dishes. Our kids ate everything. Service was brilliant, two very competent ladies working front of house. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

We didn't know when we sat down that it's only seafood menu items. The staff was kind enough to accommodate my dislike of seafood, which I thought was amazing of them. They made a couple special dishes for us that don't contain any fish, and they were delicious. Then on the way out gave us some limencello shots. Amazing view, amazing experience. Recommend this restaurant especially if you like seafood.

Exactly what you’d want from a restaurant during vacation in Italy - delicious, hospitable, by the sea. The menu changed a little from day to day and every dish we ordered blew our minds (esp Carpaccio and the desert). Best place in Moneglia hands down (we tried some others, wish we’d just stick to Levantino).

Incredible food! Amazing service. We sat for hours and hours with a perfect seat looking at the sea. The anti pasta was phenomenal as well as both the fish carbonara and prawn & mushroom pasta. The selection of wine & rum was a hit too! Thanks very much to the wonderful owners 👌🏼

Amazing experience. Went there the first night with my family and had a fantastic time. Great food, great atmosphere, and pleasant staff plus gluten free pasta. The next night we stopped by to see if we could get gluten free pasta to go. Though they don't normally do to go they said we could take their regular plates to go as long as we bring them back.

We ended up randomly in the place, attracted by the nice location facing the sea, under the arches of the Moneglia boulevard. The restaurant was quite empty but we were welcomed by a very friendly woman. We shared the mussels as a starter with a great sauce/marinade. The white Albarola wine to go with it was perfect, only 21€ for a bottle. Bread is served in a brown bag, nice and original touch. For main courses we shared a calamari salad and a good spaghetti. The lighting could be a bit more cozy but the food, service and wine and its prices are all very good. When we left we got a free glass of limoncello at the bar. Would definitely visit again!
