Grond Engadin

We came here everyday for coffee in our trip to Sils. The best coffee in the area. In our group, people also tried the soups and loved them. They have an extensive collection of bakes and packaged products. Highly recommend.

Lovely bakery - cafe - restaurant, we stopped here for a coffee and cake after hiking, the choice of various sweets and pastries was just amazing! Much wider choice than a usual confectionery and in excellent quality. If you plan to have breakfast or lunch here, they also seem to have a big menu card for warm and savory dishes. Outdoor seating available too.

Excellent bakery and cafeteria for lunch break or a quick coffee break. Pastries are home made and simply exquisite; coffee is also excellent.
The staff is super friendly and kind.
In summer you can sit outside and enjoy the sunshine while the typical breeze of that area keeps you fresh: pure blessing.

I cannot give this place enough stars. They are the NICEST people, the food is yummy especially before a long hike or a day of skiing, and they remember us even when we haven't been there for two years. So many great memories here!

Friendly staff, best patisserie in the whole region. Visited their houses in Sils and Pontresina several times and Silvaplana is on my list this or next week. Fan from Belgium 🍰☕🍷🌞

Great bakery in Sils. Amazing cakes to have with a coffee or just buy a sandwich for lunch.

There are a couple of very good Grond Cafes in the region but this is probably the best. A little less expensive than the more fancy cafes but at least as good and with a more "real", less touristy feel.

Awesome awesome cafe. Food is delicious, great teas, and the multi grain bread will blow your mind.

the scent of sweets mix with the bakery, and it's even nicer to stay if it's raining outside....

Super deserts. Extremely tasty.
Portions in menu are small.
