The owners run the hotel and their dedication and attention to detail is just outstanding. After 4 days I got to know them all. They always ask if I needed anything and could not be nicer. Will return!

I cannot say enough about this amazing resort. Besides the incredible meals, we have never been shown this level of hospitality in our lives and would come back here in a heartbeat. Every staff member felt genuinely happy to help out and made our stay truly memorable.

We felt so lucky to have stumbled across this hotel on our long drive through Italy… we checked in exhausted at 11pm and received a very warm welcome from the owners of the hotel. The hotel is very charming and in a gorgeous setting in the hills. Best of all was the breakfast - every single item was homemade using local ingredients. It was easily the best meal we had in Italy. We wished we could have stayed longer to see what lunch and dinner would have offered us! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I never feel the need to write reviews, but this is an exception. This was the best stay at any resort/hotel I have ever had. The staff are wonderful and will go to any length to ensure the comfort of their guests. 12/10 review. Amazing!

We stumbled upon it due to not being able to fly out on the day. We were very tired and it was 10 minutes away. What a lucky find it was!!
An absolute hidden gem.
Charming hosts for whom, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful spotless villa and extensive gardens set amongst ancient buildings and olive groves with magical picture perfect view and great food . Of course, warm welcome by delightful Bella the dog. Comfortable room with lovely balcony with more views. A beautiful, tranquil heaven, free from masses of tourists.
Lovely breakfast and excellent dinner. Great recommendations for restaurants nearby where we dined amongst locals .
Lots to do in the area. We came for one night and stayed to three....that says it all. Thank you Pietro and Anne-Marie. We will return hopefully with our adult children next time!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Euchelia resort. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed by the hosts who were so friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The food in particular was a big highlight of the resort, with many tasty options including gluten-free options which my Dad really appreciated. The resort has a lovely pool area for relaxing and is situated within walking distance of the beautiful old town of Castrocielo which has great views of the valley below. We would really recommend this resort to stay. As part of a wedding party, this was an excellent location for a wedding also!

Such a pretty hotel nestled up in the hills of Castrocielo which is such a pretty little town, with very welcoming people. It was the most perfect setting for our yoga retreat. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly owners. Five stars for the amazing food which is home made and locally sourced. Very impressive and the views are superb. Highly recommended.

We had the best time at Villa Euchelia! Food is amazing from brekkie to dinner(award grade), rooms are clean and super comfortable! Breathtaking views of the little town they are situated in, we had such fun exploring the mountains and towns. Lovely hosts and staff who catered to our needs at the Yoga Retreat. Cannot recommend this enough!

My husband and I stayed here the week leading up to our wedding. Alex and I were treated to the upmost hospitality, making the week completely stress free. The staff members are so genuine, happy and caring.

There was an instance where we ended up being stranded at our own wedding venue at 3am. Villa euchelia staff at the press of a button was there to rescue us and bring us ‘home’. Villa euchelia truly felt like home for the week.

My favourite Italy experience. We had the most relaxing time in the Villa with the beautiful landscape view to the town and the hills. All the gastronomical details are just perfect, amazing food and drinks, all ingredients are from local producers and prepared in the Villa. Couldn’t recommend more!

Even in a for us difficult situation we could really enjoy our stay, since we‘ve been taken care of and spoiled with exceptionally good food in their restaurant.

Excellent...beautiful resort. Inexpensive rooms with an outstanding breakfast. We had 4 course meals with wine . Meals were made by chefs who definitely knew what they were doing. Staff was curtious and rooms were comfortable. Cant say more about this resort, you must go to appreciate

Amazing! Everything was brilliant. The hotel is very comfortable with the rooms providing fantastic views across the plains. The food is truly the highlight of the hotel, really exceptional. We had dinner there both nights and every dish is painstakingly made from scratch, everything fresh. The management team went above and beyond for anything we needed.

We stayed at Villa Euchellia for three weeks for work. This was the fourth time I stayed here and like previous times the hospitality is superb. Villa Euchelia and the hosts make you feel right at home while abroad. The rooms are very nice decorated and the beds are good. The restaurant at Villa Euchelia is more than excellent. The food is of exquisite taste and there is a wide variation of great wines available. The hosts make every effort to make your stay a memorable one.
