What a nice surprise to find this restaurant in Sambuca. It is Italian cuisine with a Spanish twist! Kudos to the Chef for a fabulous meal and to the family for a wonderful experience! We went late on Friday night & was surprised that we were the only people there! If we lived here we would visit often. In our opinion, there should be a reservation system and a line out the door waiting to get in! If this restaurant was in the USA, there would be a several month wait!
The atmosphere was soothing, decor is eclectic, almost mid-century modern! The menu was small but changes frequently based on local products that are available. We had an excellent vino Bianca from the local winery of DiGiovanni. The bread/bread stick basket came with an amazing aioli, the flavor will surprise you! Excellent! Our shared tapas was an unbelievable calamari with an avocado crema, we would order that every time if it was available! Next was the tempura vegetables with a dipping sauce, another awesome dish! Our main shared dish was the Paella which was out of this world!! Made fresh to order with fish, mussels and shrimp! For dessert we had fresh strawberries and cream! We plan to visit again this week before our trip is over!!! Congratulations for a wonderful addition to Sambuca!!

Lovely dinner gambas and calamares with avocadocrema (we ordered it twice) was the best dinner in one week in Sicely!

Lovely little place combining fresh spanish tapas style with local products. Sunny terrace on the piazza next door. Recommended.

Nice, newly opened bar right across the street from the main piazza. Staff were friendly and it had a nice retro ambiance.

Definitely worth a try if you are around.

Wir waren mittags dort und wir haben den besten Café des ganzen Urlaubs getrunken. Und den leckeren Aprikosenkuchen dazu. Wir haben im Schatten unter einem Olivenbaum gesessen. Das war schon perfekt. Wenn Du Sambuca besuchst solltest du unbedingt hierhin gehen!

Abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza in un posto situato nella pizza principale di Sambuca. Personale gentilissimo che ci tiene a questa terra ma soprattutto cibo veramente veramente buono di un giovane cuoco che sta sperimentando la cucina tipica spagnola con quella italiana…direi in modo ottimo! Inoltre, credo che in un ottimo locale il modo in cui viene trattato il cliente faccia totalmente la differenza perché di posti buoni ce ne sono tanti, ma la gentilezza è una grande virtù. Il risotto (buonissimo) ha avuto del ritardo causato da un numero enorme di gente arrivato improvvisamente per la festa che si teneva in quel momento in piazza…ci hanno offerto un antipasto di gambero crudo per scusarsi dell’attesa e non ci hanno fatto pagare il risotto che abbiamo aspettato. Penso che gli errori capitino in tutti i lavori, ma avere l’abilità di scusarsi e rimediare in questo modo è un gesto veramente tanto apprezzato. Ci torneremo sicuramente e faccio un enorme augurio per questo locale che mi auguro abbia sempre più successo.

Ieri sera abbiamo cenato in questo Bistrot caratteristico e molto carino, paella buonissima, wok vegetariano buon vino e dolce fatto dalla casa. Accoglienza e servizio perfetto. Ci torneremo ancora.

Bellissimo posto! Piatti deliziosi e originali che non troverete in altri ristoranti. Un'atmosfera incredibile creata nel centro storico del paese. Sarete accolti da padroni ospitali. E per tutto il tempo vi sentirete circondati da attenzioni! Ritorneremo sicuramente di nuovo.

Einfach nur wow! Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich gut, die Betreiber sind sehr herzlich und die Atmosphäre ist wunderschön.
Es gibt herrliche Sitzplätze draußen und man kann wählen, ob man die Gerichte als kleine oder große Portionen haben möchte (Tapas oder Tellergerichte).
Auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.
Dieses Restaurant war eine echte Überraschung und das kulinarische Highlight während unseres Sizilienurlaubs. Wir empfehlen es unbedingt zu besuchen!

Schönes Restaurant auf der Piazza mit toller Abendstimmung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man kann Tapas und auch ganze Gerichte essen (wir empfehlen so viel möglich zu probieren). Besonders zu empfehlen ist Porchetta aber auch das Risotto war köstlich.

Proprietari gentilissimi. Abbiamo preso tutte le tapas per una persona e la quantità è ottima per due. Ottimo cibo diverso dal solito che ci ricorda la Spagna. Bravi.

Locale accogliente, proprietari simpaticissimi e disponibili, pietanze ricercate con prodotti siciliani freschi del giorno che si fondono con l'arte culinaria spagnola. Complimenti davvero allo chef. Piatti sublimi che racchiudono un'esplosione di sapori e gusto! Consigliatissimo!

Location romantica, materie prime selezionate, cucina sublime, locale curato e ottimo servizio. Tapas per tutti i gusti, ma anche ottimi primi e secondi. Ampia scelta di vini siciliani e del territorio del Belice. Esperienza indimenticabile a Sambuca di Sicilia.

FERIA !!! Buon cibo accompampagnato da un buon calice di vino. Materie prime selezionate, presentate con cura nel piatto. Arredamento vintage molto carino ed originale....Gabriele, il propietario è veramente bravo , molto socevole ed empatico !!! Prezzi onesti e ottima qualità. Bravo Gabriele ! Lo consiglio tantissimo.
