Osteria San Michele

Osteria San Michelle is a true home. The atmosphere here is so delighting that you won’t want to leave any time soon. Our host and the staff go beyond themselves to make you feel at home, and treat you like an honoured guest. This was true for every customer around us too. Aside from the atmosphere, the beautiful decoration, wonderful ambient music, we also had the most delicious meal in our lived. We were welcomed with cool water and Spritz, a delicious soup from the chef, and we had mussels for the first time and they tasted absolutey great. The catch of the day, and the fresh pasta were also super delicious.

Absolutely friendly staff inside and some of the most delicious food I have had. A quiet little place along our route but a hidden gem. there was 3 of us and we all were happy with our visit

if you dont mind the price then you eat very well over here:
the place has an attention to detail: so before they serve the white wine they make sure the glass you drink it from is cold too by shaking a few icecubes around the glass and just before serving they throw the icecubes out. the wine they put in you can choose by color . we chose white and for a house wine it was excellent
the pictures of what we ate say it all. small portions but great stuff
again one can argue whether 80 euros should be sent on a lunch but hey its a holiday

Stopped here on our way to Rome and really enjoyed the meal. Great seafood and friendly staff. Lots of local specialties.

The setting was so romantic and food was spectacular. The spaghetti octopus and tiramisu was so tasty & the service was exceptional. My girlfriend Antonija & I enjoyed a lot.

Had a fabulous lunch at this beautiful osteria. Thank you Michele and Debra for the warm and friendly hospitality, and especially for spoiling my dog. Food is outstanding and this place has so much character and soul… will definitely return.

I don't even know where to start so I'll try to make it short, you have to go and judge for yourself ....everything in this place has been treated delicately with love and care.
Service, food, wine, ambiance, flowers, toilet, interior, terrace and philosophy! And most important for me...a sign on the door that dogs are welcome! In short a restaurant more than worth driving a lot of kilometers for!!! And we will be back for sure!

Rarely have I been in a place where every detail is laid out with care and not just for show. Warm and cozy and I can say: the best meal I have had since a long time. It makes you plan to come back.

My husband, our kids and I stopped at Osteria San Michele for lunch on our way by car from Rome to Piemonte for Easter. The cacciucco, spaghetti alle vongole e bottarga, and pappardelle al ragù were all excellent. Also the hospitality was top notch.

Very welcoming atmosphere, amazing food, cozy place! We have a 2y child and the host welcomed him lovely and served his food immediately, which was not only loved by the kid but also was an easier dinner event for everybody ;) highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

This is a hidden gem and should be rated as high or higher than la pinetta as far as the food and service go. Must order the ravioli con gambero rosso and fresh catch of the day. Outstanding wine list and it is kept at the right temperature. Deborah is an incredible owner and hostess and the chef is very talented. We always make time to go here when we are in the area.

Fabulous dinner. Quite reasonable for all homemade quality food. I wish my belly was bigger so I can eat more! It was so so good.

The tartare and fish of the day I had for my lunch today was outstanding. All other diners reported good things about their fritto misto, spaghetti alla vongole and orecchiette :)
