Mirtillo Rosso Family Hotel

A fantastic family hotel - incredibly organised and really made a week long skiing holiday with many children ( we were several families) not only manageable but really enjoyable! They were flexible and able to coordinate all the kids ski schedules and classes getting them there and back without issue. All our kids had the best time they loved the kids club (where all the staff were incredibly kind and attentive) and of course the pool after a day of skiing. The adult spa was also great. The food at the hotel works well for kids but for adults I would recommend eating out locally when possible or you will go a bit mad with the menu! Overall Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with a very beautiful spa. Bear in mind that it’s a family hotel, and thus there are a lot of kids, but the spa has an adult only area. Good drinks too.

We just came back from our first family hotel stay at Mirtillo Rosso.
We have spent amazing six days at this resort.
We couldn't even imagined that a holiday with a ten-month-old baby could be so relaxing and interesting both for us and for our little one.
We have enjoyed all the services that hotel is offering. The swimming pool is very nice with warm water and all the accessories that you need for a baby. The playing room is open all the time and equipped with a lot of toys that my baby loved.
Daily trips are alos interesting both for parents and kids. We went to visit a small mountain town, Alagna. Also, we did visit a factory where we had the opportunity to see some animals and buy local products. Also, I would like to mention the very nice and polite staff. Every single person was perfect in their job. They were always welcoming, kind and available. But a few of them left a very special impression. Fata Merendina is the heart of the resort, she knows what she is doing. Very strong character, always ready to give you a smile and an amazing service. You could feel that she does her job with a lot of love. The lady at the spa area is also perfect for her job, very calm, and always there to fix everything even if you don't notice her. She is managing to do her job and at the same time keep a very calm and relaxing spa area.

Then I will continue with girls from the reception, restoration and wellness areas who were always so kind and positive.

I could feel that employees were very happy with their jobs. That made our stay even more beautiful, being surrounded by happy and kind people.

Well...At Mirtillo Rosso guest is treated like a king and special attention is given to kids so that nothing is missed (my daughter was crying while leaving...). Staff is wonderful, welcoming and responsive, I did appreciate the fact most of the people were young, enthusiastic and professional, it makes you feel at home. And congratulations to Stefano, his passion for his job and the Valsesia territory is a true added value.

It’s the perfect place to enjoy a resting holiday over the mountains if you have a family. Sauna, iacuzi and all the services for your kids.

Excellence Family hotel

Ho appena trascorso 5 giorni in questo posto meraviglioso in cui ho lasciato un pezzo di cuore. È stato tutto meraviglioso, dall' accoglienza al saluto finale. La struttura è nuova, bella, decorata splendidamente e oltretutto super pulita. La spa è molto bella ma la vera chicca è la spa dei bambini. I servizi sono ineccepibili. Le attenzioni verso i bambini sono in ogni piccola cosa: dalla possibilità di avere ogni cosa in camera (fasciatoio, mangia pannolini ecc ecc), agli spazi (baby e mini club, stanza gioco con i genitori, spa), alla cucina (disponibilità di piatti personalizzati adatti ad ogni esigenza) sino alle attività. La struttura organizza sia attività outdoor, ogni giorno, sia indoor come le divertenti serate di baby dance o il musichiere, anche per genitori e famiglie. Il personale è stupendo e davvero disponibile. Per questo ringraziamo di cuore il direttore Stefano, la nostra meravigliosa guida Davide che con energia e cuore ci ha fatto conoscere i dettagli della valle e fatto fare esperienze bellissime (la gita alla fattoria mi è rimasta nel cuore), le animatrici come Aurora, Mary, francesca, Cassandra ecc (non ricordo tutti i nomi ma le ringrazio una ad una), il personale di sala come i simpaticissimi Gianluca, Leonardo e Nicole ma anche Fabiola e andree alla reception. Grazie dei meravigliosi ricordi che ci avete lasciato, da parte nostra e del nostro piccolo Tommy ❤

Potremmo scrivere che quest’estate non vedevamo l’ora di tornare al Mirtillo rosso e che ci piacerebbe tornarci più volte all'anno. Ancora, potremmo dire che la struttura è impeccabile (camere comode, assolutamente complete ma essenziali e sempre pulite) e immersa nel paesaggio strepitoso della Valsesia; che adoriamo la sala da pranzo del Mirtillo, in cui si gustano piatti di altissimo livello circondati da un panorama di montagne verdi e casette di legno piene di fiori colorati; che la spa è bellissima e per tutte le età; che le attività proposte sono perfette ma… abbiamo chiesto a nostro figlio (quasi 3 anni) quale fosse la cosa più bella del Mirtillo e la sua risposta è stata: le persone!!
Grazie a Stefano per aver pensato e creato questa magica esperienza. E grazie a tutte e tutti per l’impegno che ci mettete per farla funzionare! Alessandra, Jacqueline, Mary, Cassandra, Nicola, Mirko, Adriana, Davide, Nicole, Giulia, Gianluca, Leonardo, Natalia… a presto!

Chiunque metta meno di 5 stelle a questo hotel mente! Abbiamo appena passato 4 giorni in questa fantastica struttura dove tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, dalle camere al menù, ogni cosa è pensata a portata di famiglia, ogni giorno ci sono escursioni e attività divise tra famiglie con bambini piccoli e quelle con ragazzi più grandi. C'è un baby club sempre attivo, la spa è divisa in due zone, una per famiglie e una per adulti, il tutto immerso in un'atmosfera fantastica! Il personale è super, tutti sempre molto disponibili ad esaudire ogni richiesta, receptionist, ragazzi in sale, personale delle camere e guide escursionistiche tutti grandiosi! I prezzi solo elevati ma ampiamente giustificati dai servizi offerti! NON VEDIAMO L'ORA DI TORNARE!

Siamo tornati al Mirtillo da 'esterni' per il pranzo di Ferragosto. Non alloggiamo qui in quanto abbiamo casa ad Alagna. Ottimo il pranzo con insalata di farro verdure e gamberi, insalata di pasta con verdure croccanti, entrambi piatti ben preparati, complimenti allo chef e al suo staff. Buona la grigliata a buffet con carne, tomini e contorno di verdure a scelta. Cheesecake alla pesca e brownie con marmellata di lamponi, il tutto con un ottimo traminer. Complimenti a Stefano per come ha organizzato la struttura, a Geremia e tutti i ragazzi in sala, giovani ma molto sul pezzo.
