Frankie’s House

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. The room (Mary Poppins) was very clean with a huge bathroom through which (funnily) one reaches the balcony facing the lake. The view is stunning.
Staff was always friendly although not always punctual as our room was not quite ready when we arrived and also breakfast was just about to be served when actually it should have been ready.
Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay here and would come back again.
Parking by the way is down the road on a public car park, there is no private parking.

Great place and very affordable for the quality! You feel like at home and you participate to a good action (the benefits are given to an association helping youths in difficulties). The view from private or shared balconies / terraces are incredible. Perfect for both, families and couples. Decoration is really lovely.

Elle aime ce qu'elle fait et le projet pour lequel elle le fait. C'est une maison d'hôte solidaire pour les enfants en difficulté -projet d'une commune engagée.
La maison est magnifique.
La chambre est spacieuse et décorée avec goût 🤩
La salle de douche est très bien avec des produits à disposition.
Pour nous c'était le thème Harry Potter et adultes comme enfants avons apprécié y séjourner.
Bonne literie ce qui est important.
Une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac et le jardin de la maison est magnifique 😍.
Tout est fait pour être posé, serein dans un endroit calme et pour cela Des espaces ont été aménagés : balcon avec chaise et table pour apprécier la vue, dans un petit recoin du jardin pareil au milieu des arbres et un espace terrasse couvert pour prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur.
L'espace buffet pour petit déjeuner est juste parfait !
Un petit déjeuner varié et délicieux : du fait maison et un soin particulier pour l'aménagement de cet espace qui est conviviale. Tout y est : des fruits frais, du fromage, de la charcuterie, des yaourts, plusieurs sortes de café, de thés.... Des gâteaux maisons, des pancakes et j'en passe.
Vraiment un endroit splendide!

Ein wirklich toller Ort.
Entspannend, historisch, malerisch. Top Aussicht, super Frühstück.
Eine kleine Wanderung zum sacro monte ist zu empfehlen.
Parkplätze gibt es in ca 150 Meter Entfernung, wenn man ab der letzten Kreuzung ankommt nicht links zum Haus, sondern rechts, dort dann in ca 100 Metern auf der rechten Seite.

Uroczy pensjonat w klasycznej villi. Miejsce z niepowtarzalnym klimatem i oszałamiającym widokiem na Lago Maggiore.

Location meravigliosa, vista lago super da tutte le camere con grandi terrazzi. Camere belle, decorate a tema, spaziose e pulite. Super colazione abbondante e varia . La proprietarie veramente una persona piacevole e gentile. Abbiamo fatto una gita di famiglia e eravamo in 15 tra adulti e bambini. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione anche la cucina per cucinare e scaldare. Prezzo molto onesto e con un bel progetto solidale alle spalle. 10 e lode per tutto.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in Frankies House und kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Lage ist super mit wunderbarem Blick über den See, die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Frühstück ist umfangreich, (Kaffee gibt es den ganzen Tag zur freien Verfügung) und der Empfang sehr freundlich.

Bellissimo albergo immerso nel verde nessun rumore se non quello della natura. Vista lago da ogni punto.
E stata allestita una piscita dove i bimbi e gli adulti si possono immergere.
Le 5 stanze sono dedicate 4 a favole italiane e 1 a harry potter. Le camere molto confortevoli abbiamo trovato sia ventilatori che coperte pulizia veramente impeccabile. Set di benvenuto sia in bagno che in camera. Se devo trovare una pecca la strada per arrivare qua un po stretta e il parcheggio delle macchine un po scarso.
Per il resto e un ambiente sia per famiglie che non. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente e attento alla clientela in mio voto e 10 e lode.

La signora è di una gentilezza squisita. Per provare l'ebbrezza di passare la notte in una villa signorile con vista lago. Prezzi abbordabili. Parte del ricavato va a progetti umanitari

Eine wunderschöne renovierte alte Villa mit Themenzimmern, z.B. Harry Potter, Dschungelbuch, Alice im Wunderland, in 80 Tagen um die Welt. Alles total liebevoll gestaltet.
Man hat hier einen fantastischen Seeblick, alles ist sauber und das Frühstück ist mehr als reichlich. Man frühstückt in einem Wintergarten mit Seeblick und wir hatten einen riesigen Balkon mit Seeblick.
Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Siamo stati per un compleanno a tema Harry Potter e ci siamo divertiti molto i ragazzi molto organizzati per intrattenere i bimbi e la location fantastica, sia la vista che l'organizzazione.
La cucina buona e molto buono lo spriz!

Un posto ideale x weekend da favola...cortesia...pulizia e vista mozzafiato...insomma sia x un totale relax ma anche come posto di partenza x escursioni nei dintorni ...consigliatissimo !!

Tolles Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt; geräumiges Zimmer; sehr angenehme und vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre; Frankies House ist sehr zu empfehlen!

die Zimmer sind sehr fantasievoll eingerichtet (in 80 Tagen um die Welt, Mary Poppins, Harry Potter, Dschungelbuch)
das Frühstück war richtig gut und sehr reichlich
Paola ist eine sehr liebenswürdige und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin
