Ordered a bike to PeruffoCicli last month that was shipped to my place in Switzerland.
I can only recommend their outstanding service and professionalism.
Alessio was my only point of contact during the entire purchase process, and he was the most helpful professional I ever had the pleasure to deal with.

The shop is huge! They have 2 of the 4 big names in Italian bikes, the Pinarello and the Colnago. They also sell S-Works and Trek as well. Besides, they also sell many used bikes and frames that are in great condition. I picked up a used frame here and the staff's services were absolutely awesome. They also cater to a lot of international customers and they do shipping of the bikes to a lot of countries.

Look for the staff Riccardo or Annalisa, both are awesome and friendly. I even met the big boss, Mr Peruffo himself. He is super friendly and warm. I absolutely love this place for the amount of stocks they have and the friendly staff.

I have never written a review before, but I would like to make an exception for Peruffo Cicli. A fantastic store with many beautiful racing, mountain and electric bikes. A pleasure to look around. I have visited many bicycle shops in the Netherlands and Italy but Peruffo cilci is by far the best.

Recently I bought a Prinarello F7. The service was beyond expected and a lot of attention for the correct cycling position. I can recommend Peruffo Cicli and especially Alessio. Many thanks for je help Alessio.

Peruffo is simply nr. 1. I was looking for a new road bike and ended up, suggested by a friend, to Peruffo Shop, in the valley of Varese bordering Switzerland. The shop is amazing with top brands and a super professional and motivated staff: you immerse yourself in a professional cycling buying experience that excites you and make you feel unique. I was accompanied in this experience by Alessio a great young fellow, friendly, authentic, patient, very empathetic. We had a problem with the bike frame, that had to be returned to the factory for replacement and caused a delay of 6 weeks on delivery. Alessio was always available, updating me constantly on the progress keeping me comfortable it was going to be all right, untill they finally "put me on the saddle"! Also this one was great experience: the technical team is very professional and attentive to the person in front of them.
I would definitely recommend Peruffo for your new bike and more...

I ordered the Pinarello frame from Peruffo and got it on time and as agreed. I ordered from Slovenia and received my order via express mail within a week.
The relationship is professional and correct. All communication took place only via emails. I haven't seen the ordered frame live before. They are a reliable dispatcher of cycling equipment. I recommend!

Great service from Peruffo Cicli and Stefano! I ordered a Dogma and some parts to be built on it, they were very efficient and helpful with the details. Shipping to Switzerland went super fast and packaging was perfect - even got some goodies in the box! I can only recommend them to my cycling buddies with closed eyes!

If there had to be a sistine chapel of bikes then that would definitely be Peruffo ! The shop is on a different level ! I bought a S-Works Venge frame and groupset from them, stil lots of stock left compared to other retailers. Very knowledgeable team, service is top notch, communication prior and on site is more than perfect, you feel spoiled and in good hands ! Very responsive and flexible, I can only recommend it, grazie guys !

Stefano was very helpful, responsive and patient with the questions that I have prior to my purchase.
I bought a Pina F8 and he ships it out on the same day and I received it in 4 days.
That is very fast considering I am in Asia.
Package arrived nicely packed and in good condition.
Highly recommended.

I have bought a SWORKS Tarmac frame set at Peruffo Cicli. Their service is great and some gift were provided to me. So, i am very happy that i can have such kind of oversea service. Also, the price is acceptable and it is cheaper than Hong Kong. So, i would highly recommended if you want to buy anything from Peruffo Cicli. I've searched many bike sites over the Europe and luckily found Peruffo Cicli. They do have a wide range of bike to satisfy any demand you might have. I have purchased my Pinarello Dogma F10 (465 BoB) frameset brandnew with reasonable price compared to several bike shops out there.
When I found out that there was a small plastic piece on frame missing, I informed them and they promptly sent me that piece from Italy to Vietnam free of charge (even Fedex charge is 80 EUR). Annalisa is the one who provide excellent customer service and I really appreciate her supports.
One more minor thing Peruffo should improve that is credit card payment acceptance. They said that this would be done soon.
In short, two thumbs up for Peruffo where all your bike demand will be served well.

Best bike shop I know, I have had a Few Dogma F8's from Peruffo and the new S Works Venge Vias before it was even released over here in the UK, Stefano is a top guy and will sort you out with the best deal in Europe, great shop and top class service 👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻, would recommend 110%, just wish i lived in northern Italy and Peruffo was on my doorstep.
