IKEA you can buy everything you need, relatively high quality product, with the well known fair price or value for money. For me it is always satisfying to go to IKEA on the weekend, eat the swedish meatballs, look around inspirational designs, and buy many household things. Satisfaction in life ahaha.

The place is well located on the outskirts of the town the outside has a big parking space around it and he's still decent kept and clean servicemen looks after the trolley and the parking space have improved the entrance area with covered up places where people could sit and and have a rest the downstairs bistro area has now automatic pay and comfortable places to sit and consume the drinks and the cakes available nice quality outdoor furniture the upstairs area where self-service restaurant is has a big lunch area for people to sit hand enjoy the free Wi-Fi connection the bar has bio fresh juice.

Great store, just like the ones in most countries. Very clean as you would expect from Ikea. Great Children's play area outside, plus the children's supervised area inside. Great restaurant, better choice of food than the ones in the UK. They also have a separate offee bar, we don't have these either, they sell great espresso and cappuccino as well as other coffee. Downstairs by the checkouts they have a cafe, which sells hot dogs and burgers like the UK, but also sell pizza and other Italian dishes. Good location, just outside the city next to the airport and easy to reach. Amazing place to pick up ideas and purchase affordable furnitures and homeware items. Nice to have lunch or a snack at the bar or at their self-service restaurant.

IKEA is always IKEA. Not much else to be said as everyone knows what IKEA is all about. What I can say to all expats that might be reading this review is that the staff is really great. They give you all the attention you may, try to come up with the right solutions and are quite reasonable when it comes o helping you choose whatever you're looking for. They don't keep pushing to try and sell you more and more stuff.
The best thing I can tell you especially those relocating to Florence is that bus connections are great. The 29 Bus connects with several other lines and drops you off at the door so it's a great option for those who don't have a car like me. The number 30 bus has better connections, but you will have to walk for about 300 or 400 meters - not a problem at all as long as you're not under 40 degrees. 😨

Wowwwww today ! Me and my husband have a wonderful experience in IKEA Firenze with staff Mr Bogdan! He help us a lot with his professional advice and even made our home project become to life and the best part is it can all delivery on time. To be honest, since I am arrived in Italy as I am from Hong Kong . So far this is my first time I can experience this fast, efficiency, honest and professional services (that offered by Mr Bogdan) in Italy. :)

Just like 'my' IKEA back in Chicago! A bit smaller, so not as easy to get lost in. Clean, bright, meatballs, and the item names don't make any more sense in Italian. :-)

Smart and relaxing place, never leave without a purchase even when I'm there 'for just a quick visit 🙂', love the food, the mood. Simply love Ikea.

Place to be, if you're furnishing or trying to get some household items and the restaurant there are nice. I particularly, love there indoor fast-food. Yummy!

It's IKEA. Great if your Italian isn't so good. Everything is in English as well. Setup is the same as all IKEA store so super easy to navigate. Prices are great and products make transitioning to Italian products a little easier.

Yesterday we planned and ordered a kitchen with Bogdan and he did a fabulous job he is a real specialist

You just can't beat IKEA although I have to say that the food in the restaurant is not as good in Italy as it is in Germany, for some strange reason. But nice staff who are always helpful
