The most rude women staff ever!
Since, the owner asked for the explanation! even though i don't owe one, let me explain: i came to pick up my courier and the lady staff was standing outside the shop smoking. I told her i came to pick up a courier and she was like "show me the code!", while i was trying to find that on my phone, i was trying to walk inside the store since it was cold outside. She stopped me there and said "First you show me the code, then you can get inside!" i believe this is rude and it is not expected from a customer service associate. And i dont believe that there is a "pre security check" for courier pickup codes in any stores before someone entering the store!

Sono le 10:02 su Google dice che è aperto invece e chiuso 🤷🤷 aggiornare gli orari no ???
