She even helped me book a hair appointment and when I decided I wanted knee more bag I saw online she even arranged for the bag to be put on hold for me on her day off the next day. I went to this store during my stay in Firenze to buy my first YSL purse. The experience was so nice and the staff very kind. I really recommend you talk to staff and give them a price range and specify on details of the product you are looking for, they will give you plenty of options to choose from and you can try them on. Plus if you are a traveler, make sure to ask for the tax refund with your purchase, the process was so easy and i received my refund within 1 week after i return to my home country. I’m so in love with my bag and it’s excellent quality! I recommend 100% and will definitely return to this store☺

Wife wanted a purse they didn't have, Dan Zhang got it ordered at at the store the next day. Wife ended up not liking that purse because of size so they did a quick exchange for a different purse

It was a great shopping experience.
Sales Associate was very welcoming and approachable. He even suggested us other nice purses but I already had one which we bought in Paris last year.

Anyway, I only wanted a card holder and a wallet. We bought these 2 items seamlessly.

I bought my first luxury bag here and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Silvia gave us the greatest customer service. I came in on a Friday just to look, knowing I wouldn’t buy that day. She was so attentive, bringing out different styles she thought I might like based on the original style I had mentioned. I even went with one of the bags she showed me instead of the original one I had in mind. I specifically came back the next day to buy from her vs waiting until I got back to Rome like I had planned. She prepped all the tax free paperwork without me having to ask and offered us champagne when she saw us walk in again. This customer service was top tier compared to some of the other luxury stores I went to in Florence.

The lady who helped me pick my bag was very helpful and patient. She showed me multiple models ran back and forth between the warehouse and the shop to show me the different colors and models they had in store. She guided me through the process and tried her best despite the language barrier and this was much appreciated.

Overall, I am highly satisfied with my shopping experience and thanks to the salesperson I got to pick the bag I loved most without having any regrets or thoughts such as “what if I bought it in red instead?” because she made sure I saw each variant (color, logo silver or gold, size, etc) of the bag I liked, showed me similar bags and helped me compare them to be sure of my decision.

Gorgeous store. Sylvia was amazing. She was patient and suggested gorgeous bag options to my cousin who was shopping for her first designer bag. She also suggested a local restaurant for lunch which ended up being our favorite meal in Florence. Will be back again!
