The staff was very friendly and helpful. They briefly explained where the signature of the artist is on the piece, the authentication, and the difference in terms of the techniques among different items, and they didn’t pressure me to make a purchase. I felt very comfortable in this shop.
I also find the price range quite decent and affordable. In the end, I got a beautiful glass cup and did not see similar designs in other shops! Can’t wait to use it:)

Decent store with a good variety of products

Zero star…. Worst experience ever….
I visited one of Murano’s shops in Venice, Italy on May 9, 2023. I purchased an item and paid $1380.62 for it in full to be shipped to USA, the store manager took all my information and address to ship the item and gave me a receipt.
5 days later, someone from Murano called me and said I have to pay $500 for the item I purchased and the store manager lied to me about the price and they cancelled my order when I told the person that the purchase was finial for the price of $1380.62 and the they cancelled the item. I was refunded and lost $55 in transaction fee. Called and emailed Murano office in Venice, no one responded.
I should have reported Murano to Better Business Bureau for their fraudulent sales.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MURANO.
