I went to see if I will be able to find some bead lining on sale and in a good price at H&M Home at Adigeo-Verona. I have entered the shop and have started to search ... after a wild I have realized that I like only two pair of pillow cases beacause the bead sheets I wanted was not there. I was about to go home. At the last moment I've had the idea of trying to call someone to help me as a last chance. I saw a boy coming towards me and he was very helpful in trying to help, but in a wile he said that is better to call his colleague which was more informed about the HOME. I saw in the first moment this girl with the most welcoming smile and the curliest beautiful hair coming towards us. I have told her that I'm looking for bead sheets with ruffles. She disappeared for around 6-7min. and when she came back she was holding the one I needed but in different size and color. She was going in and out, in and out for couple of times bringing every time a different models and colors until I have found instead of one that I was looking for but whole- one double bed, two single, two pillows and a set of extra pillow cases. This is what I cal a real professionalism and a person who is doing his job with passion, patience and attention towards customers. Instead of one I have bought so many things, thanks to this gorgeous, curly girl!!! The H&M Company should pay attention to this kind of workers cos they really make a difference. The personal approach of that kind with customers is making a difference. And boys and girls like this should be groomed very carefully!!! Thank you for your kind attention, I'm very happy with the things I bought!!!

Great. They had the best selection of towels and household items. Good clothes too.

The home design section of H&M is developing nicely. Not much staff around and only one cashier open but it is low cost so that's ok.

I love this H#M 😍 it's so easy to find what I need, it has sk much space and it's really well organized as the people who work there and are really nice

Oggi sono stata con mia mamma a scegliere un vestito e siamo state seguite da Anna che ha saputo consigliarci nel migliore dei modi. È stata molto gentile oltre ad essere molto preparata. Il negozio è rifornito e con lei è stato semplice trovare quello che cercavo. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Sono un cliente abituale di questo brand, entro spesso sia da solo che con amici o familiari; siamo sempre stati seguiti da una commessa "eccentrica" (in positivo ovviamente) dai capelli colorati, con una distinta cordialità ed efficienza impeccabile. I miei ultimi acquisti risalgono al black friday dove sono sempre stato invogliato all'acquisto da lei ma nelle mie ultime visite ho notato la sua assenza, che mi ha dispiaciuto un po'.
Ad ogni modo ottimo marchio.
