‘Sapori di Sicilia’ is the best ice cream I ever had. It is highly recommended. Except for the most flavorful ice cream - the staff is friendly and I love the small figures by the different flavors of the ice cream.

Wow amazing place. We got granita with lemon and peach it had super taste. All natural. Highly recommend place to visit if you are in Erice. Next time i will try the gelatos.

Notice how the gelato is not overly sweet or sticks to your palate. Instead it leaves a soft aftertaste that lingers for minutes…
Disappointing the whipped-cream they have sweetened a bit (to please ignorant tourists), whipped cream should have no taste, because it serves to emphasise the gelato flavour!!

A must-go place when visiting Erice. Pistachio gelato was epic. Watermelon granita was super refreshing on a hot summer day. And they also sell chilled water. 10/10

We went to Erice in late July and tried your gelatos. They were incredibly delicious - really pure flavors, nothing artificial. The balance of flavors was excellent. If you're interested, you can also watch how gelato is made, as it's visible from behind the counter. During our visit to the city, we bought your gelatos multiple times. All the flavors were fantastic. Now we've been back from the trip for a while, but every now and then we remember how good that gelato was and we really want to go back to Sicily only to have that gelato again. We wish you many visitors and great ideas for creating new flavors, as well as lots of success.

Best gelatto during our trip. Excellent flavours and portions for a fair price. Can't wait to be back.

We were finishing up our trip in Erice and couldn’t resist the temptation of the refreshing smooth texture of granita on a hot sunny summer day. We quickly popped in, not expecting much. The granita was excellent. We had the almond and the lemon granita. The lemon was sour with the perfect amount of sweetness to balance it out. The almond was smooth and creamy with a rich texture it was cold with finely shredded almonds although it wasn’t as refreshing as the lemon it was still a bold and flavorful granita. If you do plan on visiting this granita shop I highly recommend it as it ticks off all the boxes for a nice desert.

The best almond (mandorla) granita I've tasted in Sicily, considering that I tried almond granita in more than 4 cities in Sicily. Almond doesn't have a strong flavor but this place knows how to do it right. You barely taste the ice; it is creamy because of the almond nut itself, and there is a lot of ground nuts that you can taste it. To me this is a big plus. The cinnamon is strong.

Portion-wise, it is a small cup for €3.5.

Like other reviews have said: don't miss it.

One of the tastiest gelato I've had in my life! I'm in love with the 'Flavors of Sicily' taste. Honestly, could eat them everyday if it was possible ❤ Staff is really polite and nice. I wasn't hungry. It was cold. But my quality Geiger counter was beeping faster that if the place was made of plutonium. The flavours are generated by the real thing, not pastes. Pastes can be very high quality and produce good gelati. But they'll never compare to the real deal you'll find here. Service that sparkles like the sun I wish was out today...just so I could order twice as much and not stand out like a tall guy eating gelato on a cold day.

Delicious! Ordered 4 gelatos in 3 cups and one cone and total price was 12 euro. Each order was a combination of two gelatos, all bursting with flavor. They offer samples which is helpful. Choosing which flavors to order is the only problem because they are all great!

Best (Sicilian) mango gelato ice had in 2.5 months tasting all over Italy. The taste of Sicily flavour was amazing too!

Simply excellent ice cream. The pistachio gelatto was just amazing... like eating real pistachio nuts. Definitely a must stop in Erice.

We stumbled upon this gelataria on entering Erice from Porta Trapani.
Having had granita's at almost every place we stumble upon, including the must-go granita places of Sicily like Bam Bar Taormina and Caffe Adamo in Modica, I've got to say that the Almond Granita at Gelataria Liparoti is par excellence... it is incredibly delicious and the best of the best. Go go go....
