My experience at this TIM store was simply outstanding. We were in Italy for 17 days during the month of November, and needed reliable mobile service. Right after my purchase, I went outside and did a data speed test. I was blown away and went back into the store to share the results. The young woman at the counter gave me this affirmative smile. I knew i made the right decision. In addition to Venice, we drove around Sicily and ended our trip in Rome, FCO. The cell service was perfect. I will select TIM on our next trip to Italy, Caio

We arrived in Venice late around 6 pm and as we ventured around looking for food we ran into the this cell phone outlet ! However the store was closed . I shook the door and the attendant inside came to the door and asked me how he could assist us . I mentioned we needed to secure a SIM card for our one month visit . He opened the door and he took care of us . He was excellent , I was able to show him our tourist Tim package . We were set up quickly and able to tour Italy with the Internet and an Italian phone number .

There's a pretty good prepaid plan for visitors, called TIM for visitors. I read that the salespeople don't like to sell this plan because it's not a money maker.

Fortunately, you can purchase it online. The process is, however, a little confusing. You only need to give the salesperson the PIN code provided by the website after you make the purchase. There's no need to print out the email receipt, so ignore those instructions from the website.

They will make a photocopy of your passport, so be prepared for that.

Fast and friendly staff. Paid 30e for 4.5G+100 international mins for my Verizon Nexus 5x. I was in and out in 10 mins with all my questions answered and a tested working phone.

Quick and easy. My husband made a call to me in the store after they activated the card.

Sono andato qui domenica 04/07/2021. La ragazza è stata gentilissima, perchè mi ha permesso di scansionare tramite la sua fotocopiatrice un documento importante che poi ho inviato via mail ad un'Agenzia di Venezia. La procedura è andata a buon fine. Non ha voluto nemmeno essere pagata nonostante gliel'abbia detto due volte! Grazie!!
