A small, cozy place with a sense of the detail. We were greeted by smiling and sunny people. The food was more than delicious, the red wine and the beer,recommended by the staff,were a good addition to the main.
I had a gray and rainy day, but when I entered L'Arturo, it was as if the sun had risen - because of the staff, the food, the attitude and the interior.
I had a delicious and memorable lunch with friends. I would return here again and again.

What a lovely place! We bought the most amazing wine and cheese to have while watching the sunset over Matera. The shopkeeper was so helpful, thank you!

Had a great lunch break at L’Arturo, delicious focaccia and tagliere, with a white wine by the glass. We sat inside - small but cozy and nicely decorated. Good position in town as well! Overall a place we’d recommend :)

Great place to try local products. Very friendly staff speaking good English. The food was absolutely superb, however you have to be able to consume a lot of olive oil since it's what they call a soup around here :)

Anyway I recommend the Italian bread salad, black chickpeas soup (ceci neri) and local red wine. The cheese / ham / salami plate also looked very delicious.Just visit and try something - you will be pleased!

This small gastronomia also offers craft beer and local pasta, jams and dry vegetables.

What Arturo prepares is not 'just a delicious food', it's 'a heaven in your mouth food'. And his APA is not 'just a correct ale', it's 'you have to try it ale'. Absolutely fantastic place.

Delicious food in a small shop with lovely personnel. And they understand vegetarian and vegan food very well.

We had a caprese salad and some rosé wine. Both where delicious and the service was impeccable.

Great panini. They even have friselle with pomodori. Great music. Nice cozy vibe.
