Sono stato nel negozio perché un capo acquistato aveva un difetto. La responsabile è stata super disponibile e comprensiva, malgrado i pantaloni non fossero stati acquistati nello store di Lugano e non avevo più lo scontrino mi ha aiutato a trovare una soluzione. Non capita spesso di trovare uno staff così disponibile!!

Sehr schlechte Bedienung, sprich keine Bedienung! Drei Verkäuferin waren nur interessiert neu zu dekorieren.
Wir wurden nicht bedient ein Wunder, dass wir noch etwas kaufen durften und bezahlen.
Ich kaufe nichts mehr in Lacoste!
