Walked in a the shop with a close friend of mine, was greeted with Nadia with high quality service and talked about the history about the store and the owner, and spoke about the quality and craftsmanship of the leather products that sold here. We had the opportunity to witness her making my friend a customized leather belt. It was an extremely nice experience. Great spectacular customer service!

Incredibly high quality leather and craftsmanship and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I bought a jacket as a gift in Verona months before delivering it and it turned out to be the incorrect size. I contacted Benheart via FB and they allowed me to exchange the jacket for no additional cost with the exception of shipping cost on my end. It came back beautiful and exactly as we wanted it. I spoke with Letizia and she was friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

I bought a jacket from Benheart. Lovely seller, so helpful and took her time to find me the right jacket. More interested in the right jacket rather than the sale. Absolutely amazing quality price certainly matched, but customer service is was excellent which is why they sold me the jacket
