We had the pleasure of going to Italy for our Honeymoon recently and it was an absolute must to shop at one of our favorite Stores in Florence, Salvatore Ferragamo!! The Salesman's (Matteo) Customer Service was impeccable!!! Matteo made us feel like VIP from start to finish; we had Expresso, Pellegrino Water and finally toasted with Champagne. I enjoyed trying on Shoes with matching Handbags and Dresses. He also helped my Husband find the perfect Shoes and matching Belt. The Selections here were great and they literally had everything which made our shopping experience all the better.

Wanda Ferragamo was an Italian fashion designer and businesswoman wife of Salvatore Ferragamo.

We were served by Matteo, a person who loves, breathes and talks Ferragamo. Very passionate about the products and recommends what he thinks suits you. It was so memorable for both me and my wife. Thank you Matteo 🙏🏻

Being in Italy we want to purchase items that is intrinsicly made and has heritage in Italy. So we walked into Salvatore Ferragamo and was casually looking at the offerings. The shop has everything that is currently offered by S.F. And the prices are really very reasonable compared to other brands for similar quality.

We were super lucky as well to be served by Mattieu. He greeted us with a warm smile the moment we stepped into the boutique. He was very patient and humorous too. His dedication is seen through the way he treats the customers, always going the extra mile to make us happy.

We spent about an hour in the store and bought 1 bag and 1 wallet and we were very satisfied with our purchase. We were given free tickets to the Ferragamo Museum as well due to the purchase.

Matthieu's passion for this brand really shines through during our I interaction. When we saw a jacket that we would potentially get, he immediately called the tailor to check if he can get it tailor fit to my husband's size by end of the day as we are leaving Florence the next day. This is really exceptional service that I have never seen at other boutiques here. I would reccomend any one who visit this shop looking to buy something to look for him, you will definitely find something that you are looking for.

Absolutely loved the store and my experience there! This is the Ferragamo HQ and doubles up as a museum to showcase his work and origins as a shoemaker. The store has various "rooms" and the shopping experience is akin to walking through museum exhibition rooms and the exhibits are the shoes/bags/coats. The sales lady was friendly and attentive, and even chatted and provided advice about the pros and cons of getting a card case versus a small clutch. I got the card case which was a lovely glittery champagne colour. Even if you don't intend to buy anything, this museum/shop is worth a visit for the amazing experience (but it's likely you'll fall in love with something and end up buying it!)

The first flagship store! The products vouch for themselves so I won’t even say anything about them. The only thing to say is that I spent my hard-earned money and it was worth every penny.

From other reviews it seems the staff is a hit or miss i was lucky to have bumped into a very friendly group of staff who were patient and offered more options of shoe sizes than I thought existed! The filling out of forms for the tax refunds can be easily done in store and don’t forget to check out the museum downstairs!

Words cannot adequately describe the shopping experience. Purchased a beautiful pair of shoes, and a handsome wallet. Service is second to none. The store is gorgeous! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would have liked to spend more time in the store. Make it a point to visit. Bucket list. 11/10!

The best shop for shoes and ties, but you can find all the desirable things to dress in practical elegance as well as in sophisticated fashion clothing.

Best place to buy shoes as the size selection is so precise. You can never do this in any other shop of theirs. For the price you are paying you deserve the perfect fit. Look for Mateo, he is simply wondeful. He should give all Italians in sales a lecture on how to sell.

A beautiful store in the historic Palazzo Spini Ferroni. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Monica took excellent care of us. Shopping was a pleasure. There is also a charming museum in the underground.

original Ferragamo store. huge inside. so many different styles. Young Male staffer by the door was a jerk though. He was very rude to my son. otherwise really nice staff

Worth a visit.. biggest outlet that I ever been. There is a museum to visit too.. worth visiting even if you do not buy anything.
