Kotch Villa

Best Villa that our family has stayed in Thus far. Amazing staff - Marika the Chef was outstanding, she really catered to our needs and was absolutely lovely. Rowan and Ricardo co-ordinated everything which made our stay seamless. Super clean and spacious, beautiful architecture and design. An amazing private. beach with a local beach just a short walk away if you'd like to mingle. The owner dropped in to say Hi which really added a touch. We're already looking to book our return trip!

We've stayed at Kotch many times over the years and we are impressed each and every time. The staff are kind and attentive, the food is high-quality with a great variety, the grounds are well-kept with many nooks to tuck away from the sun. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are beautifully designed and and decorated. The Sky suite has gorgeous panoramic vistas...perfect for wave and dolphin watching! Couldn't more highly recommend Kotch and it's two sister villas down the beach. Thanks Kotch!

Our family had a great time at Kotch. The villa was beautiful and cool. The views were incredible. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. There were occasional issues with ACs in some of the rooms, but those were attended to promptly when mentioned. The beach in front of Kotch itself is rocky, but it's a short walk over to sandy beachfront and the water is beautiful and clear. The staff organized our transportation to local attractions and our drivers also took really good care of us. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing from day 1. From pickup at the airport to my first day and everyday. Relaxing. Quiet. Unreal views. Delicious food. Koch is highly recommended for a relaxing reviving experience.

If you’re thinking about booking just do it! You won’t regret it ! My husband and I , and our 4 kids , just came back from a week stay at Steppa Villa. Our diamond experience started prior to departure when the team reached out to us to make a menu for our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager Ricardo. He took us on a tour of the property and I can tell you the pictures don’t do it justice!! The property is beautiful . We also met Mr Rowan who did a beautiful job taking care of the property grounds . We also met the owners Jodi-Ann and her husband James , which added a personal touch. The absolute icing on the cake was the food!! Boy if I tell you Ms Larissa and her team did an incredible job making sure we ate delicious food. This is what sets this property apart. Even my fussy eater 10 year old son finished all his meals every time . The food was delicious ! To cool off we spent countless hours in the pool. There is also a pool outside the master bedroom for some alone adult time. The property is beach front so we spent our morning jogging on the beach and also swimming. The property is guarded by a security guard and we felt very safe . Thank you so much Kotch team for your hospitality. We will be back !

My friends and I stayed at Kotch last week for a bachelorette trip. Kotch surpassed our expectations. The villa is absolutely beautiful and looks just like the pictures! The sea views are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The staff was kind, respectful and efficient. Every single meal was DELICIOUS!!! The best part for me personally was the strong sound of the sea from my room even with the windows closed and the ac on. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time!!! Amazing experience. Our family just completed an 8 day stay at Kotch and we were so pleased with the accommodations and overall warm hospitality of the entire team. We will definitely return in the future for another visit.

Kotch is the PERFECT place in Treasure Beach to stay, rest, eat, play, dream, escape and have fun. We rented the entire Villa for a girlfriend getaway and birthday celebration and were beyond pleased with every detail of this spectacular property. The space is beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you need and the views from every room or nook are just breathtaking.
From the very first phone call with Monique to explain my vision for my celebration with friends where she told me that she would take care of EVERYTHING…which she more than delivered on. She arranged the accommodations, meals/menu, transportation, excursions, spa day and every special request I had or didn’t even know I needed. She took care of it all and even came to see us while we were there. To the very last hugs with John/caretaker on property and Liz/chef extraordinaire as we said final goodbyes after a marvelous stay. I can’t say enough about the whole experience. The service was top notch and every meal and morsel was delicious and beautifully served.
I will return…this is a must stay to experience Treasure Beach and all it’s beauty.

Liz (an absolute darling) and her team took excellent care of us during our stay. The staff was pleasant (warm and easy to relate to) and accommodating with our various requests and odd times in eating. The meals were exceptional, especially on the final night, an awesome send off! The rooms were clean and comfortable, we felt like it was home away from home. The booking process was also hassle free and the customer service was excellent throughout. Definitely recommend 👌

I fell in love with Kotch Villa. We just spent a week in the sky suite. The ocean breeze and crashing waves lulled me into the best sleep. Waking up every morning to the beautiful expanse of the blue green ocean with white caps was invigorating. But my favorite part was the beautifully appointed villa and the staff. The Villa with it's modern all white and oak esthetics was calming and peaceful. Tracy-Ann, John, and Kiwi took good care of us and were wonderful company. And honorable mentions must be made for Monique, Liz, and Porsche. I am going to miss Kotch. I hope this is the first of many visits to come. Thank you James and Jodi for creating such a wonderful island vacation experience. Nuff respect.

My stay here definitely exceeded my expectations! Not only did I love the modern look and feel of the villa, but the staff were just so friendly and responsive. They made us feel right at home! I won’t hesitate to recommend Kotch to anyone.
