Most of the staff are very helpful and accommodating however one of the staff members, a woman was very spiteful, difficult and also deliberately lied to me about an offer, next day I went to Port Maria branch and got the deal! I knew she was lying because one clerk told it was available and sent to me the cashier's window however because I agreed with another client that was upset and justifiable so she decided to use her position to get back at me.
