A great selection of motorbikes of all capacities and styles, including scooters. The variety is such that the displays are interesting to casual riders and sports motorcycling fans, with even an interactive bike ride available. There are even some exhibits related to Yamaha's boat and car engines supplied and fitted to road-going vehicles and water-borne craft of the recent past. To cap it all, admission is free.

10 min walk from the train station, Yamaha's Museum here is amazing.

So many cool motorcycles, cars and just about everything else with wheels and propellers that Yamaha makes.

Can sit on a few of the bikes and entry is free, which is great.

Little gift shop with well priced merch alongside a rest area/coffee machine on the 3rd floor.

No reservations needed and is well worth the stop here

If you are a biker, visit it like I did on my way from Tokyo to Osaka, it's easily reachable by public transport and it's free. Saw my old bike in there, brought the memories flooding back.

Huge collection of old motorcycles with some boats. A few cars with Yamaha parts are on display as well. Looking through every item would likely take the whole day. Perfect for Yamaha motorcycles. Cafe on the third floor.

Yamaha is an interesting japanese company that unlike other japanese organizations is quite diversified and focus on delivering Kando to their customer. Yamaha has two major business- one is the musical vertical while the second is the motor corporation, focusing on automotive, marine, automation, etc. This plaza is on the motor vertical. Japanese industrial organizations' museums are always a pleasure and learning experience during each visit.
