Wow! Every single staff member we interacted with was beyond incredible. Each person takes a keen interest in perfection. From the moment we stepped foot in the building we were met with extraordinary customer service. The front desk staff and the food staff are terrific people. This hotel is nothing short of magnificent. Cannot say enough good things about the people who work here. Keep it up! This was amazing.

Had a great stay, all the staff were so kind and considerate. Always happy to help whether it be food recommendations or something as niche as looking for a store to buy luggage.

The rooms were so clean, the housekeep staff does an amazing job.

Everything was great! The hotel has a great taste, beautiful property! The food was delicious too! It is directly connected to subway station which is very convenient. We were here on New Year’s Day and experienced the earthquake on high floor. The elevator was down for a few hours so many people were stuck in the hotel. A very unique experience. Other than that, no complain at all.

Had an incredible stay at this hotel in Osaka - one of the best I've experienced. The spacious accommodations were a refreshing change, offering ample rooms for me and my families. The unique twist of serving afternoon tea for breakfast and consistently amazing dinners added a delightful touch to our dining experiences. The views were a visual treat, and the top-notch service truly made our stay memorable. The hotel staff took excellent care of my family, and their attention to detail was much appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience that I highly recommend!!

This was a family stay during November 2023, and I must say I have travelled extensively globally, and this hotel is right at the top of the standard that I experienced in many hotels globally.
The room was outstanding in size, and the service was exceptional in all parts of the hotel where we interacted with your employees . The quality of the food during the stay was also exceptional.
I will definitely be visiting again. It is in a very central yet quiet location even though the price is relatively high it's one of those rare instances where it's actually worth it. Please make sure you continue the fabulous live entertainment that was on in the foyer throughout our stay.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are beyond amazing and accommodating, and the hotel itself is extremely clean.

Also for those wondering about 3 people in a room it is not a problem at all (even for adults). They will bring a roll away that is very comfortable and there is plenty of room for it.

The view in the building is probably one of the best in all of Osaka - also the food (breakfast especially) is amazing.

Conrad Osaka and the staff that work there are the best in the business.

Location: Really the only bad thing about this hotel is the experience of getting here from the sprawling Osaka/Umeda station complex for the very first time, especially with heavy bags. But do the reverse trip and you'll realize that the hotel is but one stop away on the Yotsubashi (blue) line, and connected through an underground passage.

Staff: It's Japan, so of course customer service is going to be great. English didn't seem to be a problem anywhere, and everyone was super-friendly.

Room: Thanks to AMEX FHR we got a free night and scored a huge upgrade to an Executive Floor corner twin. Views through the floor-to-ceiling windows were jaw-dropping, even from the tub!

In-Room Tech: WiFi was fine. TV couldn't play video from phones or tablets.

Food: Breakfast featured entrées and coffee brought to your table and an expansive buffet waiting for you to explore. The executive lounge had hot food at happy hour but got crowded very quickly.

If you can afford it, this would be a fantastic hotel for your next Osaka shopping trip!

Upscale and design a modern 5-star hotel. The room size is bigger than usual. The mattress is very comfy. The shower room is big with a big round bath tub. Hotel Guest Relations staff Ella's. She is doing wonderful jobs on our stay. She helped us book a restaurant we liked and find a luggage store we are looking for. She solved all our transportation problems and questions . Thanks again for all Conrad Osaka staff.

One of the best luxury hotel in the world. With amazing views of every corner of city of Osaka on the top of forty stories building. Convenient location at the center of the city with easy access. Well manners, very professional, friendly and helpful staff teams. Very fancy and great architecture design at lobby, lounge and restaurants. Rooms are so clean and very pleasant to stay. Exceptional excellent hotel to stay.

What a place! The staff was beyond friendly and playful with our kids. They went above and beyond regarding our needs with two young children—extraordinarily accommodating and top-tier service. We typically do not stay in sub-high-end hotels with two small children, but this hotel was an exception. Marco who is the GM at this hotel is as friendly and professional as they come. Respectful, classy and friendly. A rare find at such hotels. We will be back!

A phenomenal hotel!

Pros:

• Lovely sweeping views across Osaka from both the lobby (which is super grand) and the rooms
• Amenities inside the room are exemplary with awesome technology and features
• The pool is fabulous
• Brilliant spa selection and services
• A gym, thought not overly big, more than sufficient, well ventilated and equipped. Plus points for running with a view!
• The breakfast spread was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel; not necessarily from a choice perspective (although there was huge variety), but the quality, attention to detail and presentation were incredible.
• Housekeeping was great, with an evening turndown and a sweet note left for guests

Cons:

• Only one Conrad bear although many others will offer two by request or already presented in the room
• Some of the service in the restaurant was confusing as it relates to seating (bar area vs next to the buffet)

That’s it; we really loved this stay and it has already become our favourite Hilton property in the world.

This is a very nice hotel and service is excellent!!!! I would give 6 stars if I could for the service! They have a few restaurants in the hotel, but it us often booked up. However you can always enjoy small plates and drinks at the sky bar and lounge. The views from the hotel are gorgeous and the location is close to various train stations!

Views are stunning! And restaurants in the hotel always have reservations available if you forgot to plan ahead and couldn’t find anywhere else to eat

The staff members are all courteous and helpful, especially Ivy from guest relations. She went above and beyond to help us with our booking reservations and food recommendations. She really is the best and made our stay here even better. Our room was clean and spacious, the view was superb. Breakfast buffet absolutely amazing. Great location, close to a metro station. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Amazing views from our room and the breakfast buffet is superb! The room is quite spacious and very clean. The beds are soft and the bedsheets smell clean and feel good. The customer service is top notch!

An excellent hotel for a few days in Osaka. Stayed as a Hilton Diamond and the executive lounge wasn’t too busy and had a good selection of food and drink.
Breakfast was fantastic and much better than the selection at the Conrad Tokyo IMHO.

The team led by GM Marco are exceptionally welcoming and professional. The product itself is as you would expect at a Conrad. The pool and gym let you burn off the calories before heating to lounge to add the calories back on again. Super breakfast too! Well worth it and in easy reach of all of Osaka’s key spots.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say it's truly excellent, rivaling even the renowned Four Seasons. Everything here is brand new and impeccably. What sets it apart is the departure point on the 40th floor, offering a breathtaking view of the city.

The most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to! This hotel absolutely accentuates luxury and you’ll always feel welcomed here. The rooms are huge no matter what room you booked and the restaurants inside are always wonderful, especially at night. The executive lounge has a nice view overseeing Osaka and honestly there couldn’t be a view you could see better than that while eating. Every day your room gets cleaned and you have some fresh sleepwear, a couple glass bottles of mineral water, and some ice to go along with the water. It was absolutely refreshing especially after a long walk in Osaka. It is settled near Higobashi Station, so not much of Osaka is out of reach! There are a few restaurants located right below the hotel if you want something cheaper to eat than the restaurants inside the hotel.

I was able to ship my luggage out to Conrad Tokyo through the staff in Conrad Osaka and without that I have no idea how I would have made it back to Tokyo without passing out from carrying all my heavy baggage…

Much like Conrad Tokyo, the breakfast is buffet style and you get an egg dish cooked to order on top of that. The location is usually inside atmos dining, but if you have executive lounge access, I also believe you can have breakfast up there.

All in all, Conrad Osaka has been the best hotel I’ve ever been to and I look forward to going back upon my return to Japan.

Sadly, unlike my visit at Conrad Tokyo, I was not given a Conrad bear or duck to commemorate my stay. Maybe next time?
