We visited with family which had infant on stroller. We were assisted on separate lift avoiding the que. There is glass walled enclosure to view the city. Good to experience but can be given a skip.. there was a youth Program with dances and games at ground level.

All the picture are taken in 23/03/23. This is the highest skyscraper in highest. In the observation deck, you can see the breath taking view. Day and night osaka city view provid distinct feel for the vistor. My favorite thing is to sit in front of the glass window and enjoy the night view of Osaka City while eating.

Great location right next to Tennoji Station. Very neat observation deck with 360 degree views and an open air cafe/gift shop area in the middle.

Haruka 300 is an absolute gem and a must-visit spot in Japan, surpassing even Shibuya Sky in my opinion. Offering breathtaking panoramic views of Osaka from its expansive 60th floor, this observation deck is more than just a sightseeing destination—it's an immersive experience.

The highlight for me was the interactive projectors, which brought delightful scenes to life, including adorable animals like deer and birds. The tables positioned along the edge of the observation deck allow you to fully appreciate the stunning vistas of Osaka, including other buildings adorned with captivating commercials and ads designed specifically for viewers from Haruka 300.

The unique touch of having a restroom with 360-degree glass walls, albeit amusingly peculiar, adds to the one-of-a-kind experience. The onsite restaurant provided a perfect respite, where we savored coffee and indulged in pineapple ice cream.

We were captivated by the myriad of activities and spent over three hours exploring the venue. Don't miss the opportunity to snap some stunning photos with the space and stars projector—a creative and highly Instagrammable feature.

I highly recommend visiting during sunset and staying into the night for a quieter and less crowded experience. The atmosphere was incredibly calming, especially with the charming mascot adorned with clouds—a personal highlight for me as a fan of all things baby blue and cloud-themed.

Overall, Haruka 300 left an indelible mark on our Japan trip, providing a perfect blend of awe-inspiring views, interactive attractions, and romantic ambiance for couples. It's a must-visit destination that will surely exceed your expectations.

I really love to have a night seeing of a city. Regular streets and highways crossing each other, add few railways made the sight more bright in the night, just like head down watching stars. We were also surprised that 58 level was an outdoor space with restaurant with steamboat, which we didn't have chance to enjoy due late. It was great if we got chance to have it at a cool night😋

The tallest building in Osaka. It gives you an amazing view of the city. You can get nice treats and souvenirs on the floor below the observatory.

Outstanding view of the area.. Osaka Castle, Osaka Tower and Universal Studios can be seen in the distance.
Nice friendly Staff.
Signs are in English and other languages.
Arrive early on the weekends to avoid the large crowds.
You can be the judge if the prices are worth admission.

An excellent tourist destination.

- The location has a nice view of Osaka.
- The place is also shielded. You can stay there without worrying about the weather.
- Kids playground and a coffee shop are also available so that you can have a meal while while enjoying the view.

I highly recommend this place.

Loved it. I arrived around 5pm on Friday and walked straight in. Fantastic views and there’s a cafe to enjoy a drink and food while taking in the spectacular views. At that time the sunset and night time views were also included ;)

What is now the second highest building in Japan, the views are fantastic. We came about an hour before sunset and had a good look around. Dinner on the 58th floor with sunset then back up to the 60th for the city to come alive with the night lights. Stunning views in a nice clear night. Gift shops and a restaurant on the 58th floor.

Amazing view and staff are more than happy to help you take photos. If you have a cap on, a lanyard and clip is provided to attach to your shirt to keep the wind from carrying it away. The elevator ride up here from floor 16 is also a highlight - make sure to look through the glass ceiling to watch the lights fly by as you ascend.

The tallest building in Osaka allows for a 360 degree view of the entire city of Osaka. You can put your phone right up to the windows to get rid of the glare, unlike in the Tokyo skytree. There’s a nice souvenir shop, bar and outdoor area.

We booked the shabu shabu dinner service on floor 58, the views were incredible and the food was delicious, and you get a heated table to keep your legs warm!

Awesome observation deck! Gets pretty busy at night, but the time right before sunset is also a great time to come up here! Would recommend coming a bit early, eating at the cafe, catching the sunset and then heading out before the crowd rushes in.

It definitely is a vibe here. As you go up the floor, there are lights that look so cool, it feels like I'm being beamed up the elevator! The 58th floor was my favorite, it's super calm and relaxing atmosphere and amazing view of the city

We ended up paying for a one-time ticket at the kiosk for 1,500 yen. Credit cards accepted. There is also a walkway you can visit right before you go into the museum with greenery. Great spot to bring a date or friend!

I highly recommend coming in the evening. Besides catching the breathtaking sunset, you can also witness the mesmerizing hues of the sky. It's a perfect spot for photography with opportunities in every direction. Downstairs, you can even grab a coffee or have a meal. Since my friends and I tend to stay up late, we visited only in the nighttime. It's truly a wonderful place for couples to capture moments and have a romantic date. Hope you enjoy it!

I’ve been to several observatory decks around the world. This one is unique because it’s right by a subway station with a department store in the same complex building. There is never a long line at the ticket counter during the weekday on the 16th floor. You can have a bit preview on the same floor with an outdoor garden where I enjoyed the sunset and dinner.
You then ride the elevator to the 60th floor to see the real view of Osaka. If you want a bit adventure, you can pay about 10 dollars extra to get out on a helicopter apron.

You want to come here to get a 360° view of the city of Osaka. It's incredible! You should arrive before sunset so you can get a good spot because a lot of people try to take a spot on the west side of the floor to catch the sunset. The night view from that elevation looks amazing! A couple floors down, there are tables and chairs where you can have a drink and watch this city. It looks very romantic! One more thing, when you are in the elevator on your way up, look up. It's really cool because the ceiling is glass and you get to see yourself going up. Same thing when going down in the elevator.

A wonderful family experience or a great date night! Views for miles in every direction, and, I'm sure, thousands of stories within all of the buildings. Some cemeteries are viewable from the top which are a contrast to the buildings surrounding and making up the city. We were there during a mildly cloudy day, but the view was still quite amazing. Claims to be the 2nd highest observation point in all of Japan next to a tower in Tokyo I believe. Fascinating elevator experience if you look up, there is a bit of a light show inside the elevator shift as you ascend and descend. Enjoy if you are in Osaka!
