いつも配達予定日を聞くと嫌な顔をして渋々教えてくれるオバサン従業員が最悪です。接客態度も最悪、接客に向いてません。コンビニでも配達予定日くらいレシートに書いてあるんですけど…。別の店舗ではこんなことはなく、あくまで予定とはしつつも大まかには教えくれるのでこのオバサンがとにかく異質。ちなみに同店のおじさん従業員さんは聞けば丁寧に教えてくださるので、行かざるを得ない時はその人に当たれ〜と願いながら使ってます。ヤマト運輸さんは従業員の接客方法をちゃんとマニュアル化して下さい。
