Tried out these skin care products in a previous hotel and loved them. Was recommended to get a skin consultation and it was worth it. They analyzed my skin with pictures, videos, and questions, then recommended a skin care routine. They don’t push you to buy more products then you need. The lady helping was so nice and made such a good effort to explain everything in English.

Recently experienced the フルネス＆エイジングケア treatment here and it was fantastic! Zihui provided amazing service, ensuring every moment was comfortable and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the store was clean and cozy, adding to the overall relaxation. Plus, the welcoming environment, making the experience even more enjoyable. With reasonable pricing, this place is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Osaka

very nice and quite place to stay after long trip. i choose the BA Programm and deep cleansing program. Nice results and very satisfied. The stuff is also very nice Chinese speakers as well. Will come again!!!! Very flexible for reservations in the beginning of April.

The service was really good, store was clean and cozy. Treatment bed was comfy as well. Price was reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this place to all my friends visiting Osaka.

Had a facial treatment and the lady was super professional! She also made a skin analysis before to be sure what products to use. The treatment I chose lasted 2 hours and I felt like flying afterwards.
I have sensitive skin so she provided me with a gentle deep cleaning and my skin resulted being super soft, blackhead free and glowing! I loved it, she treated me like a queen!
