Nagisa no Shou Hanagoyomi

It was received good warm welcome from the staff with Chinese speaking. The dinner was very good in terms of the selection of the food in the season and quality. The sunrise is very warm. We tried the public bath in the very early morning (6am), however the temperature is not good, then back to room of private bath. After check out, the staff farewell us until we drove out. It was really impressive of their customer service.

Absolutely stunning hotel and views. We missed the sunset but was able to catch the sunrise, and absolutely it was worth it! So beautiful and peaceful- extremely relaxing stay, staff were also very helpful.

Although staying here is quite expensive, the hotel service is excellent. One of staff (a young woman) speaks English fluently. She has been taking care us very well. I forgot to ask her name. Thanks for providing us a bithday cake.

From the reviews I was not sure what to expect. But the hotel, staff and facilities far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were amazing with a mix of western and Japanese style with both a bad and futon. The ensuite onsen with views of the harbour were a highlight of the trip, and being able to use a number of other hotels onsen as well meant that even if you were in a cheaper room I'm use you could find an onsen to suit. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. They remembered me witch is the mark of good service. Dinner was all local foods and very filling. Breakfast was a little simple but very happy with our stay

Amazing atmosphere and experience. The views are breathtaking and it is a very tranquil place. Away from the major cities, I was still able to communicate with staff in english with ease. I had the luxury of staying in a room with a private onsen with a view of the ocean. Would highly recommend coming here for a quick getaway for a day to relax.

Everything was perfect, I was really impressed by the quality of the services, the view from the entrance and from the room are stunning, the food was absolutely delicious, the staff is really dedicated to the customers.

Wonderful and serene sunset and sunrise from the view of the room. Delicate interior and public space. Highly recommended.

Love this place, been a couple of times and you can just relax and let the world drift by. Amazing service, facilities and food.

Excellent hotel!

三世代旅行で日曜に宿泊しました。
週末を避けると1人22000円ほどで高い満足度が得られるお宿です。週末は1万円ほど高かったと思います。
週明けはそこまで混んでいなかったので快適に過ごせました。

宿に入った瞬間のなぎさテラスの風景は素晴らしいです。
お風呂はホテルニューアワジの温泉が使ます。
このホテルの大浴場は規模が小さいので湯回りで隣のホテルニューアワジへ行くことをおすすめします。
ただ、少し歩く必要があるので高齢の方はそこだけマイナスポイントになると思います。それ以外は満点だと思います。

料理は七福宝楽焼が素晴らしかったです。鯛を丸々1匹使い新鮮な野菜が楽しめます。
朝食も淡路の特産を使った和食バイキングが楽しめます。
ただ、パンはないのでご注意を。

子供向けの浴衣、料理もありますので子連れに優しいです。ご飯にアンパンマンのふりかけもサービスで出してもらえます。
接客のレベルも高いです。最近のホテルでは珍しく日本人の店員の方が多かったように思えます。

丁寧なお迎え🙇🏿とご説明。その他メニューの予約状況の確認等もしっかりしていて良かったです。コース料理▶貸し切り露天風呂の時間が近かったためコース料理をスピーディーに出して頂いて。お風呂の時間が押してしまいすいませんでしたとサービスもあり熟練スタッフのしっかりした気遣いを感じられたと共に。お部屋にご案内していただいた。新社会人さんの頑張る姿と見守りながら教えるというステキな育成方針も垣間見れ。接客受けてる側も頑張れ新社会人(๑ •̀ω•́)۶ﾌｧｲﾄ!! ってほっこりしました。
機会があればまた泊まりたいし隣接してる別館等も利用したいなぁと思いました。

高齢で足の悪い母が宿泊する旨を伝えておいたところ、エレベーターから近く、浴室にも椅子を準備してくださる等の配慮をいただきました。　このホテル自体の大浴場は小さくシンプルですが、他のグループホテルの浴場を使えますし、お部屋の露天風呂から素晴らしい景色を眺めながらの入浴も楽しめました。

食事も女性用プランを使用したので、量も丁度良く、担当してくださった女性も気遣いをいただきました。　朝食もとても美味しく、大満足です。

スタッフがほぼ若い女性ばかりでしたが、笑顔で対応してくださいました。

一つだけ気になった点は、チェックインの際、淡路島観光についてお尋ねしたのですが、あまりよくご存じでないのか、情報をくださることは出来ませんでした。

母、叔母ともに非常に喜んでくれ、いい旅となりました。

家族3人で露天風呂付客室へ宿泊しました。
結論、お風呂、料理、サービスすべてとても満足できる宿泊となりました。

先ずお風呂について、花季の大浴場は小さいですがグループホテルの大浴場も利用できる為、滞在中飽きることなく色んな大浴場を満喫することができました。
またどの大浴場も眺めがいいのですが、部屋の露天風呂から家族３人でゆっくり見る日の出は格別でした。

料理も一部事前連絡で魚⇔肉を変更でき、今回淡路牛に変更しました。
以前利用したグループホテルの食事がイマイチだったので、今回はどうかなと不安もありましたが、満足いく内容でした。
また妊婦にもきちんと配慮してくださりありがたかった。

スタッフの方は若い方が多かったですが、皆さまとてもフレンドリーで娘にもよくしていただけて、親としてはうれしかったです。
またニュー淡路本館にプレイルームもあり、そちらも利用できたのはよかったです。

また来年も是非利用したいと思えるお宿でした。
