小さな郵便局だが、上本町駅から近い。それが理由かどうかわからないが、利用者の多い郵便局だ。

周りが見えてないおばさんが1人います…、
「少々お待ちください」と言われ、他の方を担当し長々待たされる方がおり気の毒と思いながら見ていました。
ミスしても笑って謝っていたり、世間話で盛り上がっていたり。
私も受付番号を取っていましたが、後に来た方を先に担当され不快でした。
いつ行ってもまたこの人か、と呆れます…
もう行かないようにします。

待たされることが多く、また顧客対応も悪いと感じました。近くにいくつか郵便局があるので、こちらには足が向きません。
