Great selection of affordable and stylish items, with friendly staff. I had a list of basic items to buy in Japan and I found almost all of them at GU.

Even though I had tried on clothes several times, the staff were always kind and friendly which was very pleasant.

This is a tax-free shop, so if you're a tourist like me, bring your passport to get an immediate discount on tax.

Located on the 3rd and 4th floor above Uniqlo right in the center of Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of cheap items to choose from plus additional discounts on some items. Tax free for tourists if you purchase more than 5,500 yen.

We discovered Gu on our final days in Japan. Would recommend shopping for sure along with Uniqlo. Affordable and great quality.

I accompanied my friend to buy a winter jacket here. Then I also bought a pair of long t shirt and pants. As the description, GU is Uniqlo's brother (I can say it's cheaper version of Uniqlo). I got new experience with paying machine. Yes, I put the clothes inside a box. Then I got its price on computer above the box. Maybe you have to try it by yourself to understand what I mean :D
