HOTEL SHINPOIN OSAKA

Stayed there for 2 nights and the room was spacious enough for 4 of us. It is a very big point for family of 3-4 that travel together and want to stay in same room. The hospitality of its management and staffs were very nice! Location is not on the touristy side but not a problem at all. In fact, this can give a more local experience especially if you try to have coffee or breakfast at nearby local coffee shop. Definitely we will stay there again on next trip to Osaka.

Hotel Shinpoin is my away-home in Osaka, Japan. The hotel is extremely clean, convenient, and has everything you need for a long term stay. The staff is attentive, friendly, and full of smiles - be kind to them, and they will make sure you have an amazing stay without being over bearing.

If you're adventurous, explore this quaint, super-local neighborhood from Momdani Station down to Tennoji. Within a 10minute walk you have great coffee, good-local food, a gym, and some local bars. This is NOT the nightlife center of Osaka, but in under 15minutes by taxi, or 20 minutes with a 6-10min walk to the subway, you can be in the heart of it.

Highly recommend for individuals (for longer term stays), couples (looking for something out of the tourist hubs), and families (looking for something family friendly).

Amazing value for money, great rooms with a great view. Everything’s very clean with sufficient amenities. Location’s not the most convenient but quite close to the subway. Would recommend!

The room is spacious and very clean. The bathroom has dryer and heater which is very helpfull to dry towels and make the room warmer before bath. Mini kitchen is also very usefull for cooking.

They also have laundry fascility. A great plus for people who bring kids like us!

Alot bigger than what i expect!

5 minute walking distance to good breakfast places and minimart.

Will come back for sure!

Fantastic stay at a newly built hotel! Rooms were VERY large, clean and modern.

Hotel staff was very helpful, even arranged for taxi when I needed one. They have bikes for guests to borrow which is great for getting around. I will stay here again next time I visit Osaka!

This hotel is more like an airbnb / apt. Large rooms, equipped with kitchen, sofa and large TV. Beds are very comfy.
The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Happy with our stay here!

This place it soooooo nice. It have amazing costumer service and the people that work here are always happy to help. Aye, one of the front desk workers it the sweetest person ever. The place is nice but it’s quite a long walk from here to the station. Overall this place it an option to stay in oskaka for me again. (and plus BTS stayed here)

The best hotel in town! The rooms are HUGE! So comfy and with its kitchen equipped and big bathtab, It does feel like home. Highly recommended for either families and individual travellers, either for short or long stayers.
Only around 10 mins taxi ride to Namba/Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori area.
10 mins walk to the closest train station!

Clean and friendly staff. Train station is a bit of a walk but there is a bus stop outside.

Nice and excellent hotel. Big space and very comfortable room. Highly recommended for family and single traveller. A lot of nearby nice views and places you can visit.

地理位置比較靠近住宅區，附近僅有兩三家小餐館，喜歡清幽安靜的特別適合。
走路大約10分鐘有地鐵，地鐵附近一家超商及一家超市。

整體來說 非常滿意

マンションの一室のようなホテルです。
ミニキッチンがついていて、フロントで調理器具をレンタルし、調理する事も可能です。

浴室と洗面所、お手洗いがセパレートなだけでなく、浴室が一般家庭のような仕様になっていて、浴室乾燥機がついているので浴室をあたためる事はもちろん、衣類乾燥用のバーがついているので、衣類を乾燥させる事も可能です。

また、夕陽ヶ丘の駅から程近く、谷町九丁目や桃谷方面へも歩けない距離ではない好立地であるにも関わらず、谷町筋から離れ、交通量の多い五条の交差点からも離れているので、窓を閉めていれば騒音も気にならず静かでした。

共有スペースにポプリが置かれていましたが良い薫りで、とても好印象でした。

ただ、チェックインの際に、海外の方へマナーを守っていただけるような工夫を徹底していただきたいなと思いました。

家族連れで3泊しました。
お盆という事もあり周辺の食事スポットは満席と休業でしたが、すぐ近くのドラッグストアで一通り何でも揃うのであまり不便な事はありませんでした。
部屋は大変清潔でした。家族四人でしたので２台のベッドを自分で繋げたのですが、誤って枕を動かした後のベッドの床に落としてしまいましたが、ホコリ一つ付かなかったのには驚きました。
スタッフさんの対応も素晴らしく、気持ち良く過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

호텔도 깔끔하고 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 방도 넓고 쾌적하고 샤워시설도 깨끗하고 수압고 좋았어요!! 주변도 조용하니 좋고 조금아쉬운점은 주변에 먹을데가 많지않다는것과 생각보다 편의점이 조금멀다는것을 빼고는 완전 만족한 숙소입니다!! (사진은 체크아웃하기전에 찍은거에요ㅎㅎ)

ワンルームマンションをホテルに改装した感じのところでした。
とても綺麗なお部屋でした。
受付の方はとても若い女性でとても感じの良い方でした。予約していた駐車場を訪ねると、通りの裏手にある駐車場まで外に出て一緒に歩いて説明していただけました。土地勘のない者にはとてもありがたかったです。
素泊まりでしたが、不快な事は一点も無しでした。
車がないと不便かも。

Klo yg sering ke jepang pasti tau ya kamar hotel di jepang itu rata2 kecil tp kamar hotel di sini beneran besar.. pas masuk lgsg wow, ada kitchen kecil.. bathroom, toilet nya sm wastafel nya smua terpisah.. ada meja utk kerja jg.. jd klo yg cari hotel utk keluarga, ini sangat di sarankan 😊😊😊
Service jg best banget dan sangat membantu.. Jarak ke MRT nya jg ga terlalu jauh.. Dan yg ga kalah penting klo kalian yg mau ke bandara, tmpt beli tiket bus utk ke bandara nya jg dekat sm hotel ini 😄😄
Dan buat para ARMY, begitu kalian masuk ke dlm hotel lgsg di sambut dgn foto BTS yg sangat besarrr 😄😄😄

マンションをホテルにした所でした。翌日が始発の新幹線に乗る予定だったので前泊しましたが、十分な広さと綺麗さ、価格でとても満足でした。近くにドラッグストアもあり飲み物等も買えました。

地下鉄駅から少々歩きます。また周辺のパーキングからもちょっと歩かないといけないけど、部屋は清潔で広く、スタッフの方も大きな荷物をチェックイン前に預かってくれるなどとても親切でした。また、こちらの方面に来るときには利用させてもらいたいと思います。
