IT WAS SUUUCHH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE‼‼ Miyumi took excellent care of my nails. She was very thorough and detail-oriented and made sure the design matched the picture. At some point I decided to change up my design and let her recommend some ideas with the colors I chose and the result is the picture! My cuticles feel healthy, the gel sits comfortably on my nails, and nothing has an overpowering smell; not even the alcohol! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIYUMI TOO!! ✨💅🏻 楽しかったです！また戻ってきます！！！

The lady who did my nails was absolutely incredible! Her attention to detail is like none other I've received before! I was welcomed in to the store, translating to each other through the app I asked for a certain nail design and I loved them very much! I highly recommend this nail salon for their professionalism and thoroughness with their attention to detail and care with my nails. If I'm in Japan again I would certainly go back. Great experience! My manicurist understood what I wanted and designed it super well! Although I don’t speak much Japanese, she and I were able to communicate through translate and successfully create these awesome nails

Runa and Miyuu are so talented and kind! 💕I enjoyed every minute of being pampered. Since they were open to learning English, it was very easy to communicate with them using google translate and some of my broken Japanese/mandarin. I totally recommend foreigners to come check this place out.

Gorgeous nails and amazing service. I only showed a few photos and they were able to create such beautiful custom art. Definitely a must for tourists. They were able to slot me and my friend in last minute so they are very accommodating 😊

So impressed with the team here and absolutely loved my nail art! I made a reservation in person and provided a deposit of 5,000yen and then paid another 5,500 upon completion, and felt like it was a steal for the level of artistry!

I booked an appointment with Misaki online for the first day of my vacation. She did an amazing job, her attention to detail and precision are unmatched. This was by far the best manicure I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend her enough! I’m going to be so sad when I have to take them off!

It was my first time visiting Japan and getting an authentic Japanese gel manicure was a must do on my to do list. I was graciously accommodated with a last minute same day booking at this inails Shinsaibashi location in Osaka. I had mistakenly booked an appointment for the following day. The facility is a hidden gem for a visiting tourist like me. Luckily the locals in this neighborhood are so kind and courteous. A very polite stranger went out of their way to help lead us to the exact location since the google maps location was incorrect.

My nail technician Misaki did not disappoint, she is an exceptional nail artist. Her gel painting and crafting put me into a zen like state as I observed her mastery and skill in decorating my nails with her original spring nail design. I highly recommend Misaki and rate the entire experience 5 stars ⭐ 🌟✨ 🤩 all around!!

今回もすごく可愛い仕上がりです。
店員さんもすごく対応が良く、技術面も毎回大満足なので、私はもうこのお店から変えれい。
