靴はとても素敵で足に馴染む感じでしたが店員さんの対応が驚くほど悪くて、サイズの在庫聞いたら在庫はなくなっていくだけなのでないですね〜って鼻で笑った感じで言われたり、接客中も1度も笑顔はおろかずっと不機嫌そうに対応されたりと二度とこの店舗には行かないかなって思いました。

商品は素敵。店員の態度がくそ腹立つ。
ルクアは全体的に本当にびっくりするぐらいどこの店舗も普通の接客ができてない。素人でも接客できるって見せつけてくれてるのかな？だったらネットで買うわ。
サイズ出して欲しい靴があるって伝えたら、「はぁ。」みたいな態度。え？さっさと動けよ。笑 「どちらですか？」とかないん？腹立つから威圧的な態度出したらさっさと動き始めたけど。笑う。1度も目見ず帰ったわ。嫌な思いしたー。まぁまぁ値段高い靴しかないんやからそれ相応の接客しろよ。店員 山〇
二度と行かん。気悪い。snidelと同等の店。
写真の通り、評判が悪いせいかお客は誰もいない。
