Very helpfull staff. They had an english speaking nurse, which asked me about my symptoms and wrote them down in japanese. Because they didn't have an ENT, they directed me to another clinic. The japanese translation of symptoms was very usefull.

I have been here as a tourist through my travel ensurance for a intestine problem. The service in this Hospital has been excellent, both for the efficency and the kindness of the medical staff.

A really good hospital near my home. You don't need worry about the communication problems. There is a interpretor who can speak fluent English and they provide the telephone interpretation which can translate the consultation of doctor.

I was sent here by my travel insurance. I felt taken seriously by the staff, and didn't have to wait too long to see a doctor. A nice office lady followed me around and translated everything for me & vice versa, really helpful. I eventually got medicine that had an almost immediate effect. Recommended!

The Medical system in Japan can be very difficult to be understood especially to foreigners (Everything is so slow and I have to go to the hospital many times, compared to Western countries) but there is an english interpreter (it's better to call the hospital and confirm if if she's working if you want to use this service), Ms. Suzuki, she is very helpful and kind . I went there twice before met her but then then things started to get better for me after meeting her because I wanted to do MRI and rehab and she helped me with this issue (it took me 2 more consultations to get that). Kimura doctor (orthopedist) was the third doctor saw me and finally he gave me a letter to take to the rehab clinic, after two months. just because of them (especially Ms Suzuki) , I'm giving five stars..

PS: I used the work insurance (労災保険) there.

I sprain my ankle and went to this hospital to see doctor, once enter the hospital, the staff help me find a translator to help me all the way from filling up the form, x-ray and translate my condition to me from the doctor, take medicine and even help me book a taxi to go back to my hotel. I would like to thanks the doctor, nurse and specially thanks to the translator, 铃木尚美 (Suzuki) for the warmest help to me. どうもありがとうございます (Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu) 👏👏👏👍👍👍

My travel insurace has arrange an appointment to this hospital. Thanks to Ms.Suzuki to coordinate everything from beginning to the end (translate everything to nurse and doctor) we're very appreciated. She's so kind and helpful.

My hotel sent me here and they were great. The translator was extremely helpful and even followed us out to the pharmacy to help there! The doctor was friendly and spoke some English too.

Very fast and they can provide an English interpreter who is very helpful.

I was told to go this hospital by my insurance company. The service was wonderful as someone accompanied me all the time and translated everything for me and the doctor.

少し古め？の病院ですが、大きい病院特有のバタバタした感じがなく、落ち着いた病院で自分としてはとても良く感じた。
整形外科の先生がとても丁寧で優しくて対応が良かった。すごく話やすい雰囲気で、安心できました。

フロア案内の方に丁寧に分かりやすく対応していただけました。マスク越しでも貴方の笑顔のおかげで不安が和らぎました。昨今、事務的対応(無愛想)が多い中で彼女のような社員さんがいてくれて嬉しかったです。ありがとう！

地元病院の紹介状を持って行きました。

クチコミで悪評が多かったので、正直行くのに抵抗がありましたが、いい意味で裏切られました。

対応してくれた医師（甲状腺の専門医）、看護師、事務員皆さん親切で、丁寧に対応してくれました。

待合室で見る限り、どの医療従事者も同じように丁寧に対応されていました。

ここのコメントで書かれているような悪い印象は、一切受けませんでした。

5月末に、こちらで父が新型コロナの肺炎でお世話になりました。
突然のことで、家族みながパニック状態でしたが、担当の市川先生が、私たち同居する家族のことも含め、とてもご丁寧に対応くださり、家族一同安心しました。
入院早々酸素投与が必要だったそうで心配しましたが、先生がこまめに状況や見通しを電話くださったおかげで本当に心強かったです。
看護師さん達も、皆さんとても優しかったです。
直接お礼が言えなかったのが心残りです。
色々な患者さんがおられて、本当に大変なお仕事だと思いますが、どうかお身体にお気をつけて、頑張ってください。

今回救急でお世話になり胃の内視鏡検査を受けました。消化器内科を受診し不安でしたが、消化器内科担当医の先生はお若いのですが、患者に寄り添いとても親身に対応してくださりまた、説明もわかりやすく
感謝しております。半年後にまた内視鏡検査を予約しておりますが…担当の先生はそのまま担当医でお願いしたいと思いました。
看護師さんもとても親切です。
次の日も尿路結石で痛みが酷くなり救急外来で病院にお世話になりました。
痛みが酷くなり寝て点滴をしていましたが、姿勢を変えたくてナースコールしたら直ぐに看護師さんが来てくれ痛みを暖和するように色々と話しかけてくださるのがとても嬉しかったです。
看護師さんのお名前を伺いましたがHさんとても印象的でした。患者を和ます話術のおかげで救われました。追加で救急外来の警備員の方の対応もかなり良いです。若い方でしたが電話の対応と救急外来時の対応がとても良かったです。感謝しております。

短い入院でした。しかしながら、白い上着の看護師さんたち、赤い上着の看護補助の方達の献身的で、かつ、機転のきいた対応力に感謝します。私もそんなにあちらこちら入院してるわけではないのですが、個人的な感想だけで述べさせて頂くと、とても、他の病院では強制退院じゃないの？あれだけ、先生や看護師さんの指示違反をしてたら！というケースでも適度な厳しさと深い愛情をもって入院患者さんに接してる姿を見てまるで映画を見たような感動を覚えました。場所柄、こういっちやナンですが◯が良くない地域ですから。かくいう私も入院初日には気が動転していたせいか看護師さんに失礼な事もいってしまいましたが退院時らエレベーターまで数人に旅館のごとく見送りまでしてもらい、かえって照れくさかったです。手紙で感謝の気持ちを出そうかとも思いましたが大野記念病院さんの理念も関係してるかもと思いこちら
に出さしていただき他の方にもこの感謝の気持ちを知っていただきたい思いです。短い間でしたが本当にありがとうございました。かといって、また入院したいとは思いませんが(笑)

Vào tháng tầm khoảng 20/7 /2021 tôi phải nhập viện do mắc corona tình trạng cơ thể của tôi lúc đó rất yếu và sốt cao trong nhiều ngày liền .Nhưng đã được bác sĩ và các nhân viên y tá chăm sóc rất nhiệt tình ,và giúp đỡ hỏi thăm tôi rất nhiều ,mặc dù tôi là người ngoại quốc ,tôi còn nhớ ngày tôi ra viện tôi đã vẫy tay và cúi chào mọi người,đột nhiên có một bác sĩ đã chạy theo và cúi chào tôi khi tôi và cô y tá đang bước vào cầu thang máy để đi xuống tầng 1 làm giấy tờ ra viện ,thật sự tôi thấy rất xúc động,và thấy yêu quý người Nhật hơn rất nhiều.❤❤❤đó có lẽ là lần nhập viện sẽ lưu lại nhiều kỉ niệm đẹp đối với tôi khi sinh sống và làm việc tại Nhật
