以前通っていた店舗が閉まったためこちらへ。通うのは大変ですがとても満足してます！

残念な店長。
長さを保っていた爪を全く無い状態にされた。
客の説明を聞いてもらえない。
作業が雑で終わると指先が腫れて痛い。
爪と一緒に指自体も研がれた。
する事全てが本人の頭の中に在るテキストそのまま。
発想、企画開発をしない。
客の言う事の理解と把握をしない。
何度か予約が店長に当たるとダメな仕上がりになった。
スタイリストを指名予約する事にした。
