This place was Amazing. Very efficient and easy going, being a foreigner I wasn't sure what to do, but we went in and got out real fast with prescription to help my sore throat. Everyone was also very kind and since I live here in Japan it was good pricing and having my friend with me who had no insurance, it was not too expensive and easy to get! 10/10 will go again if I have any medical issues.

I recently visited this clinic and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome as a foreign visitor. They offer a wide range of services, which was convenient for all my healthcare needs. The clinic itself was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent care in a foreign-friendly atmosphere.

When my husband and I were in Japan, he had just barely recovered from a throat and ear infection. When his symptoms returned, we found this clinic online. It was open on Sunday and had English support. It was just what we needed. The doctor was very kind and had fairly good English. Google translate easily helped to fill in gaps. The receptionists worked very hard to help us understand how to fill the prescription at the pharmacy and even AirDropped us the directions when I couldn’t find them myself. Excellent service and the staff worked very hard to make sure we felt comfortable and understood. We are incredibly grateful!

The facility was comfortable and clean, and the workers are very helpful and friendly. I was able to communicate in English without issues, and they answered all of my questions and explained how to fill my prescription.

The service attitude of doctors and staff is very good. They can patiently answer my questions. I hope everyone can get satisfactory service here.

If in doubt, come here. The staff speak english very well and the testing/treatment procedures are very efficient.

他の泌尿器科で適当に診察されてよくならず、こちらに行きました。先生はすごく丁寧で顕微鏡でちゃんと検査してくれて今までの薬が間違いとはじめてわかりました。店内は狭く、人気なので患者はいっぱいだったけどこのクリニックで正解でした。もっと早くくればよかった。

夜遅くまで診察をやっているので仕事終わりに行けるので助かります。看護師さんやお医者さんの対応も親切丁寧です。
予約時間より少し早く着いてしまっても対応してくれて助かりました

受付の方もお医者様もとても丁寧な対応で安心できます。
ビルは昔からある小さなビルですが、病院の中は清潔で綺麗です。

短い時間に的確な処置とアドバイスを頂きました。
院内は思ってた以上に清潔です。
皆さん優しく対応してくれます。

不安なことがあり電話相談しました。先生から折り返し連絡を頂き、凄く丁寧な説明を頂きました。これほど親身に対応して頂いたのは初めてで、患者の気持ちに寄り添って頂ける素晴らしい先生です。吉田先生ありがとうございました。

。問診票も自らのスマホでQRコードを読取り書込みだから楽です。
その後Dr.の診察後 病気の説明と今後の治療に際しての丁寧な説明を受け、そして患者同意のもと 治療開始。
その後 次回の予約と隙間なくパーフェクトな対応と治療でした。その後、次回予約まで神対応をしていただいて感謝しています。

お盆や土日でも診察してるのはとても有難かったです。
医師は体の状態の話をしっかりと聞いてくれましたし、説明も分かりやすかったです。
また点滴後に体調を崩した時の看護師の対応がとてもよくて助かりました。
夜遅くまでやってるので時間によっては薬局へ処方箋を受け取りに行けませんがそれを差し引いてもいいと思います。
あと現金だけでなく各種支払いできるのも助かります。

清潔感のあるきれいな病院で、プライバシーにも配慮されていてとても良いです。風俗を生業としている女性に紹介したいです。

問診票など、事前に登録することでほとんど待ち時間なく診察をしていただけた。また、医師の対応もとてとよく、是非また利用したいと思います。休日なども診療を行っているのでふだん病院に行けない人達にとって特に良いと感じました。そして、院内も綺麗で清潔感があり、とてもよく他の人にも是非勧めたいと感じました。

京都にすんでますが、大阪にいったさいは、毎月日曜日に、診察にいってます。受付の方も先生もとても優しいくて、待ち時間がほとんどないので、有難いです。

事務も看護師の人も若くて明るくて、音楽もアップテンポで病院の雰囲気がなくてよかった。採血で倒れたことがあると話したら、ベッドでしてくれて最後まで看護師さんが付き添ってくれて、話も聞いてくれてめちゃくちゃ安心した。口コミ通り、医者の説明がすごく丁寧で優しかった。説得力があったし納得できた。混んでいる時間帯だったけど、待ち時間はほとんどなくてすごいと思った。
