Not a very big outlet, but excellent for 4-5 hour shopping, with lots of restaurants, sitting area, playing area for the kids, and a nice farm with playground nearby, which is very important for families. Easy to drive there and there is a train station right next to it. Rather than like a town with other outlets, this one is more like a big mall. You don't waste your energy walking miles between shops. Just need to check if the shops are the one you want before you go.

You’re looking for something to eat at the outlet, you’re standing in the food court looking at all the optionS. I’m telling you… Go to Kitade’s Tacos. Stop everything, stop thinking, stop considering. Go to Kitade’s Tacos. They call cilantro (coriander) pakuchi, tell them you want it no problem.

It is the single greatest taco place in all of Japan. I always order the same thing: three beef tacos, a beef quesadilla, and Mexican fries. Make sure you eat the tacos and quesadilla over the fries to let all that juicy deliciousness drip into the fries. I would only write this if it was THAT good. It was so good that I forgot to take pictures the first time. And I went back there the NEXT day. I bought food and ate, so that I can take pictures.

The staff and service are always amazing and kind. They are so laid back and chill. They serve with a smile and warmth. I watch them make the food and you can tell everything is made with passion.

I like this outlet of all other Premium Outlet because shopping area is huge and variety of grocery stores are very nice
High end stores also good
But food court is a little small when you go to on weekends or holiday, you should have lunch before 11:30 am

New, trendy outlet mall, with many shops, activities and restaurants for the family to enjoy. Few minutes walk from Chichibu Line Fukaya Hanazono station. Lots of parking available. There is also a bus from JR Fukaya station.

結婚記念日に有給を取って、
初めて来ました。

高速道路もそうですが、
やっぱり平日は空いてますね！

ゆっくり見られたので、全部のお店を見ることが出来ました。

平日の仕事帰りに来ています!この施設が出来たことに本当に有り難く感じております。都内に行かずに用を足せる、とても便利で広大な敷地の百貨店、そんな感じです。スーツを着て歩くとウキウキしますね😊！日用品やレストランも充実しているので、リフレッシュ目当てで定期的に寄っています♪

2024年1月　深谷は晴れていたけど西風が強烈で、駐車場の車のドアやお店のドアが風に持っていかれそうで危なかった。場内アナウンスでも開閉時の注意を呼びかけていて、軽い人は真っ直ぐ歩けないほどの強風でした。周囲に高い建物や山も無く、風が通り抜けやすい場所なので、冬場は注意が必要。

『ゴディバ』のレジ前チョコが5個500円から700円になっていた。2袋だと1200円。
給料上がらないのに物価は上がってさみしいな…と思ったけど、丸いのが激ウマだったので良かったですｗ👍
広告につられて初めて行った『ACE』かばん。希望したのが無かったけど、週末に入荷も有るそうだし、スタッフさんも親切丁寧。品質高いMADE IN JAPANが有るのも良いね👍。また覗いてみます。
ランチした『和カフェTsumugi』もお茶した『CHEESE GARDEN』も美味しいし、飲食店全体が席が広くゆったりしてて良いです👍

2023年5月　『Eggs 'n Things』でアロハ〜ｗと平日朝限定のを食べてから散策。
ウォーキング用の靴が欲しくて『new balance』に行ったら、とても相談しやすい店員さんで目当ての物を買えました。
『CHEESE GARDEN』にはカフェが併設されていて、凄～く美味しそうなので次回寄りたい。
『リンツ』も半額のが有ったし、『GODIVA』ではレジ前の5粒500円コーナーが好きで、保冷剤無料でたくさんつけてくれて真夏日の車内に置いても安心だった。
『成城石井』はアプリ入れてたけど、コンビニコーヒーみたいのが有るのは全く知らなかった！アプリで割引になるし今度利用したい。キャロットラペ等のお惣菜もたくさん割引されていて良かった。

佐野や御殿場のプレミアム・アウトレットより、トイレが広くて明るく綺麗✨で感動w。花壇の花も凄く綺麗で、空いている平日朝散歩は快適だった。
駐車場誘導係の皆さん暑い中有難う〜😆

2023年1月　冬のセールも始まったし日曜だし、花園ICも道も混んでいるんだろうな…と思ったら、もう渋滞も無くて落ち着いていました。スムーズに行けて良かった。逆にお店の存続が大丈夫か心配になる…。

2022年12月　137ブランドで小さいアウトレットだけど『Eggs 'n Things』や『成城石井』とか深谷に色々出来て嬉しい。オープンから2ヶ月たった平日は、お客さん少なくて駐車場もお店も空いていた。なのでクリスマスイルミネーションも見放題、飲食店も入り放題wです。施設内はディズニーの曲がずっと流れていました。コンパクトなので、直ぐに見てまわれます。

案内看板もあちこち有りますが、140号バイパスを熊谷方面(東)から行くと、右奥にアウトレットが見える永田信号を過ぎた直後に左から陸橋下を通る側道があって、くぐると直ぐ駐車場P3に入れました。

飲食店のある場所ではフリーWi-Fiもあって便利。『函館　グルメ寿司　函太郎』も普通に美味しかった。
慣れてくればこの店行くからここに車停めよう…となるのだけど、今回は一番遠い所に停めてしまった…。

広いし沢山のテナントが入ってます。ですが平日はお客様が少なすぎて、お店に入りづらい。施設は新しいのでとてもキレイで、散歩気分にはとても良い。風が冷たい
