近隣の薬局より安いのはいいが、駅から遠いし接客態度が良くない。在庫のない薬について相談したら一番年配の女性薬剤師が横から出てきて「文句あるなら他所へ行ってください。」などとの暴言を吐かれたこともある。
あと、基本的に営業時間を隣の内科に合わせているせいか、本来の営業時間帯でも隣の内科が閉まっているときは一緒に閉めていることがしばしばある。ガラス壁に近隣のクリニックを表記しているが、隣の内科の薬以外は少ない。他のクリニックの処方箋を持っていくとありがた迷惑のように扱われる。
