Osaka Tokyu REI Hotel

Very close to Osaka and Umeda station, conveniently located next to entertainment street with lots of fun activities to do. Hotel staff was amazingly accommodating us even though we spoke no Japanese! Helped us send our luggage to the next hotel and diligently answered any questions we had. Very friendly staff and comfortable room/stay. Has amenities free of charge for whatever you may need (face mask, toner, moisturizer, razors, etc.). Rooms are incredibly clean; we felt very safe and private.

Danish tourist here; Loved the hotel and surrounding area. Great variation in restaurants and flourishing nightlife. The hotel staff was very professional and kind - even patient enough to show a confused tourist how to use the laundromat 😂 Morning buffet still fulfilling on the third day, clean rooms and all - would stay there again.

It's rather an old hotel but has a good location and value. I enjoyed the stay in a triple room (with one bed being an extra bed).

I stayed for a single night here. The hotel room was decent size for a Japanese place, but it has extra features I didn't find at other hotels. A FREE smartphone with WiFi to help us get around, a refrigerator, and a robe. Would definitely recommend.

I have to say i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here pictures on the intermet doesn't do it justice. My family selected this hotel because of the location we had to renew our USA passports and it was a 10 minute walk to the consulate office. Rei hotel is perfectly situated near resturaunts, stations, and entertainment. The rooms were enough in space for my family for 2 nights. Would stay here again.

Service was good and was conveniently located near a lot of food and convenience stores. Was a 5 to 10 min walk from Osaka station and Umeda station where the airport transfers are. Rooms are clean and great for staying.

Location is rather far from Osaka and Umeda station. Other than that, everything is wonderful. Room is adequate in size and everything you need is provided for. Surrounding area is full of eateries and shopping places.

Pretty, neat and clean hotel. They charge d more for a room for two people than a single room. However both rooms were exactly the same.

Really nice, well equipped rooms at a reasonable prices. A 5minute walk from subway and the huge underground shopping mall.
