Thank you to the hotel staff for their enthusiastic help in coordinating with us Taiwanese tourists who are not good at Japanese, and communicating with the Japanese train director to find the lost suitcase. She is a really friendly, enthusiastic and so nice staff who gave us an unforgettable trip.

Got there a bit too early but they still let me check-in which was done pretty fast. The room had a very nice view. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was just as great. And they have a fast check out box. I would totally recommend this hotel.

All the staff is so friendly and provide free locker to store our luggage. The room is quite big for us. Must see the night view at 17/F.

The overall design is a treat, especially in this neighborhood. It’s in a convenient walking distance from Dontonburi, Kuromon Market, and Den-Den Town. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They also offer free lockers services. Takes a bit longer time to walk to subway stations though, especially with narrow and crowded streets. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers!

Location is central to food, shopping, and transportation. You'd need to walk a bit to any train station, but at least you have options of multiple lines in different directions. Walk a little bit you have shisaibashi, walk a little bit you're at dotonburi, tons of food options, fugu is literally across the street from the back door or around the corner. There's a lot of tourist at this location, so it's very busy for the use of elevators. There's public bath on the 17th floor, which has indoor and outdoor bath, recommend to go before 6pm or after 11pm. The business screen on the TV is not accurate. Staff is helpful and multilingual, bed is comfortable, we also book our room through Agoda on the same day and it was smooth check in. No complaints.

Very good hotel for the price. Very nice lobby, with free lockers for luggage. 17th floor with free spa and relaxation area with big window to look over city. Rooms are nice, but small. Bathroom is also nice, but again is small. I would have given it 4 stars because of how small the rooms were, but for the price it’s fair. Rooms aren’t super small, but they’re definitely smaller than what I’m used to. I don’t know why google classifies this as a 3 star hotel, minimum a 4 star I would say.

I visited this hotel with my parents last month and I'd like to appreciate to the front staff, especially Yuna. They were always very kind and ready to welcome all the visitors with generosity.
we also enjoyed fresh and healthy breakfast, and the Sauna was the best after travelling around Osaka to relieve ourselves.
The location was good to shop and eat.
I'm willing to visit this hotel if I have a chance to go to Osaka again!

Excellent reception and breakfast. The spa on 17th floor is relaxing. The location is just next to shopping area Dotoburi and reasonable walk to underground train stations

Hotel is at very prime location, short walking distance to dotonburi shopping area but my room on the high floor is quiet. Lots of good restaurants / cafes nearby. Buffet Breakfast is rather pricey but you can easily get cheap and good breakfast from the cafes nearby or from the convenience stores (there are 3 ) just around the hotel. Room is small (as expected in Japan) but clean. Good value for money. Will stay again

You can stay in a fairly large and space-utilized room based on Dotonbori in Japan.
Another advantage is that you can use hot springs and spas every day.
a cost-effective hotel. Strongly recommend.

Nicely located next to dotonburi st. 7-11/Lawson/family mart and all the f&b just in walking distance. We spent 4 nights and everything’s good.

After reading some reviews I was a bit skeptical of the quality people were negatively saying. You will always have critics, but we found our stay of four nights exceptional. The hotel is new and the staff is friendly. This hotel has the best location within a 5 minute walk to all the lights, transportation, entertainment and plenty of food spots. Our room is actually quite large compared to other places we have stayed in Japan. Staying in this country you just come to terms that rooms are smaller than average, but the layout overall works. The bathrooms are spacious enough for what you use them bathrooms for and they are nice. Staying at Candeo you can rest assured you can pack light! They supply all toiletries (shampoo, toothbrush/paste, etc). The price of this hotel is fair to the quality you get. A breakfast option is also included.

Newly built lovely hotel with close proximity to underground train station, street malls, seafood Market and night life streets. Room is not too big but very clean. Toilet is small but no stain nor spots were visible. The feature of the hotel is located at the top floor where guests are able to experience traditional Japanese bath house for free. The operating hours almost 24hrs so you won't have to sacrifice any day time sight seeing or shopping time. It is simply an awesome hotel!
