Osaka Tsurunocho Post Office

I went to this post office, which is a bit further than the other one, but the other one has such bad Google reviews. So I was afraid to get there.

Simple and easy the number counter with different service labels in Japanese and English. I was only doing a postcard, and sending it was quite easy, I just need to get the number of stamps I want with the tiny counter to finish the job

Great place, kind staff. It’s relatively empty most of the time but avoid 4pm-5pm as the office people nearby will all come and there will a long wait.

郵便局って評価がイマイチなところが多い気がするけど、鶴野町郵便局で自分を担当してくれたお兄さんは親切だったし、質問にも的確に答えてくれたし、それでいて仕事もテキパキされていて、ありがたかった。他のスタッフの皆さんも、見ていたわけではないけれど、そつなく働いていらっしゃるように感じた。待合の椅子が確か２つだけだったような…とても小さい郵便局です。

JR駅内の郵便局使うぐらいなら歩いてこっちのほうが断然速いと思います。

梅田センタービルの近くにあり、比較的空いています。

対応も丁寧でそこまで人も混まない。

日曜日・祝日はお休み

窓口にて数通発送を行った際、全て1週間以上経過しても相手側に到着せず。郵便物等事故調査依頼処理システムを利用したところ、全てが翌1～2日で到着した。発送を忘れていたのかと直接問い合わせても、知らない関係ないの一点張り。対応も郵便物の管理も悪く感じたため、ここの郵便局は2度と利用しません。
