Noku Osaka

Absolutely loved Noku Osaka, minimalist but comfortable and more spacious than a standard Japanese hotel.

Staff were absolutely lovely, very helpful and accomodating. Truly grateful for all their support with transporting our luggage, providing additional ammenities as needed, water and even calling us for taxis.

Plenty of train stations nearby as well as a temple which, with the new years, had a lot of festivities and stalls. Also a 10min walk across a nice bridge to a McDonalds!

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Reception is good in English. Breakfast is fresh and tasty, personal is more than accommodating!

Stayed here for the Osaka Castle Triathlon in 2018. It was wonderful! Small hotel but the rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. The location is great, too. Within walking distance of the Osaka Castle, a good shopping district, and several restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Osaka.

Hotel is nice and cozy with friendly staff who made our stay very special and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was many choices and delicious!!
Hotel is located with very close to shopping gate and a short walk to the nearest station. I would definitely go back again when I go to Osaka!! Highly recommend!!!!

Modern business hotel in nice quiet area within easy walking distance of the Temmangu shrine and the O river. I enjoyed the rose garden and walking through the 'Nakanoshima' island area between rivers. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and close to transport links. Staff were really accommodating and very friendly at breakfast and the room was cleaned to a high standard.

I stayed at Noku Osaka for Osaka marathon last year, loved it and came back. Great location near the Osaka castle and Tenjinbashi arcade, friendly and professional staff, a variety of foods at the breakfast table, you name it. I liked they had a decent air purifier in the room especially and the impression was very neat and clean. I would like to come back if I get a Osaka marathon slot again next year.

友人が日本に訪れた際に予約。他の予約アプリから予約。フライトの事情で予約日の変更をする必要があったが、他の予約アプリからでは対応が遅く、直接こちらのホテルに連絡。すぐに担当者から折り返しの電話を頂き無事に予約の変更ができた。その時の電話対応も素晴らしく、また当日の案内して頂いたスタッフもまた丁寧で素晴らしいと思った。スタッフが丁寧できちんとしているホテルは実際、部屋やその他サービスも平均して良くなる傾向があるがここはまさにお手本の様なホテルであった。次回、友人が来た際もここのホテルで是非予約したい。ありがとうございました。

新しくて、部屋も広く、のんびり年越しができました。大阪城まで徒歩で20分くらい、コンビニも近くにあります。駐車場はないので近くのコインパーキングになります。

お部屋がすごくきれいでした！朝食もいろいろ用意されており美味しかったです。
スタッフの方々も本当に優しくて、ずっとニコニコされていたので気持ちよく宿泊できました。ありがとうございました。
