Crowne Plaza - ANA Osaka, an IHG Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay. We got upgraded. They setup a nice crib for our baby. Got nice views of the river. A little difficult to get to. This location is a thousand times better than the kyoto location.

Had a lovely stay at Crowne Plaza, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was great as well and in walking distance of both Namba and Umeda shopping districts.

By far the best client orientation I ever experienced (and I stayed at numerous hotels around the world). I explicitly want to thank Mr. Takeshi Mizuguchi for his great support. Besides the perfect service, the location is perfect to explore Osaka.

Location is not the best as it’s a 15 minute trek from Osaka station. Hotel staff and facilities are fantastic! Fusion of American (bath robes, no key card needed to keep the AC going, coffee pods, glass/ceramic cups, night stands) and Japanese (deep bathtub, smart appliances, minimalist furniture). Wonderful stay on the 23rd floor. Rooms are quiet, comfortable, and posh. Front desk at check-in were very welcoming and warm.

This is a great place to stay. The service is good, and you can go to Uneda, Tenka Tea House, Namba, Shih-Osaka, etc. nearby. I personally love this place very much. The transportation is very convenient, food, entertainment, culture, and night-views. So great.

Room was clean and quiet. Room amenities were excellent. Conference facilities just ok. Breakfast choice of traditional or extensive buffet with made-to-order eggs. A walk to public transportation.

The room was modern and large! Lots of space for luggage and carpet was new .
Bed was comfortable and housekeeping excellent .
The hotel front desk provide instructions on how to get to Nara park by train which was easy to follow.
They helped mail a shirt I forgot back to Australia. I’m looking to stay here again in November .

Beautiful location, beautiful hotel and great club lounge with good variety overlooking the city and river

Their rooms seem smaller than the other Holiday Inn rooms we've visited but their amenities and complimentary supplies are plenty. Their location is also a 15 minute walking distance to some of the Klook meetups and the train and bus stations so it was convenient for us. If you prefer the more private route, they also have taxis waiting near their lobby. They also have many food establishments nearby, and serve nice breakfast.

I stayed here on my first trip to Japan from England in March. The hotel staff were very friendly on check in and booked me a taxi to Universal Studios Japan without any hassle. They also arranged my luggage to be sent to my next hotel and were very willing to help (their English was good.)

I stayed in a standard double corner room and the room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely deep bath. The room was equipped with everything I needed for my two night stay.

Breakfast was a buffet and had both western and Japanese options. It was very fresh and delicious.

The hotel is located in Umeda and is close to Osaka station (about 16 mins walk). It's also about 5-10min walk to the nearest metro station. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and the shopping mall in Osaka station is great. Overall, I had a lovely stay here.

I will certainly be back any time I am in Osaka. Good location near the metro/train station with many convenient food places closeby.

The staff and service are amazing, great attention to detail. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms are clean and breakfast here is also delicious!

Planning our trip to Osaka we searched for accommodation options that were central whilst not being too crowded, would offer plenty of easy eating options and would allow us to get around easily. ANA Crowne Plaza was our pick as we have always loved their hotels and knew that we would be comfortable.

From the moment we walked in to the foyer we felt at ease. Is it just me or do Crowne Plaza hotels have a signature scent? The staff here are exceptional. They always, always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. What exceptional service.

We had booked a club room. It was spacious for our little family of four with a view over the river. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower and bath. Daily housekeeping saw the room spruce up while we were off exploring each day so it was perfect each time we arrived back at our room.

We ate breakfast at Cafe at the Park on our first morning which was exceptional. There was a wide range of Japanese and European breakfast options, incredible service and a great ambience. Highly recommend dining here in the morning. We also enjoyed the club floor for breakfast which yet again had exquisite service as well as a range of buffet breakfast options.

The hotel offers a free shuttle too and from Osaka Station. Don’t miss the gorgeous cake shop on the ground floor or their Michelin Star restaurant for dinner

We stayed 6 nights in a Deluxe Twin room on the 23rd floor (Club Floor) with access to the lounge. The shuttle bus from Osaka Station to the hotel was easy to find thanks to the detailed description on the website. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left.

Our room was spacious and luxurious. The club lounge is huge and very comfortable. We liked the breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western options. The tea time as well as cocktail time offerings were enjoyable.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing! The lobby was beautiful and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the station and a wide variety of restaurants and shops. We stayed in the Premium Club Room; it was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was having access to the Club Lounge; it was beautiful and a great place to have tea/cocktails and get some work done. All the hotel facilities were wonderful and would highly recommend breakfast. A great stay! Thanks ANA Crowne Plaza.

Loved the facilities and ambiance of the hotel, felt like a 4-5 star hotel. I loved the layout and cleanness of the facility. Would recommend this to everyone who stays in Osaka Area. Love Japan!

Well-appointed rooms, good location, good service, helpful staff. The corner rooms were the same price but were slightly larger, though perhaps it only seemed this way because they had one queen bed instead of two doubles. Two small complaints: they charge for the pool (so we didn't use it), and although they ask (on a card in the bathroom) us to help save the planet by hanging our towels, and we did so, they nonetheless replaced them. Also, it's a bit odd that the door separating the bath and toilet from the sink is glass, which seems to defeat the purpose of having the door at all. But overall a great experience.

Great service immediately upon arrival for check in. Got an upgrade due to my platinum status which was very nice. The club lounge on top floor is great because it's very quiet during breakfast and the other daily events are well put together (tea time-great selection of tea). Staff is also very helpful and welcoming.
