Naniwa Post Office

The most AMAZING post office, as a tourist who had a bad experience in another country I was scared to try it, but, the postal man who helped me was very patient, understanding, and helpful. I sent heaps back to Australia and he didn't care that I was taking up time, he just made sure and went through everything with me. Japan thank you for every service I've been involved in. Absolutely love it.

The best post office in nearby area (especially better than that one in OCAT!), friendly staffs, efficient and treats foreigner customers not a fool! Definitely worth spending more time to queue or walking a longer distance. Highly recommend!

Very good service. Basic Japanese and some body language would help. Like someone mentioned below, use your Google translation tool if necessary. Make some effort that you try to communicate man, you’re not the king here.

japan is the only place on earth has post office staff that will stick stamps on my postcards and sent them off for me. They generally do not speak English or other foreign language but they try hard to communicate. Locals who give them one star should try post offices in other countries and they’ll be happy with Japan post :) can start with Royal Mail :) remember to speak Japanese or mandarin 講國語！or cantonese 我唔識英文and see what happens :)

Ignore the 1*, it's mostly natives - this place is fairly simple:

1. Prepare your label online - I used EMS, and used hotel address as the sender.
2.Pull a ticket from a small machine on the counter
3. Show a translation via your phone of what you're trying to achieve, like buy a box, and show the shipping label/code
4. Sign some paperwork

I was abit worried about the reviews. I went in feeling so lost and they greeted me to the counter and were very patient and kind through the whole process in helping me ship some items home to Australia. Highly recommend!!

I was a bit worried by the other rating, but they were perfect. All 3 staff I dealt with or saw were amazingly punctual, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend this location!

I went to post 4 boxes overseas. My knowledge of Japanese is limited so naturally I was a bit nervous, even more so when they informed me of an issue. After deliberating through recommendations that wouldn't have worked for me, they went the extra mile to help me, and eventually I was able to send them without further issues. All the more, they never scorned me while I was there, even though it was clear I was slowing the pace by taking so much time at the counter.

Contrary to other reviews, I find the employees very helpful, courteous and make their utmost effort to help. Kudos to these guys and to all civil servants. I sent a package to USA.

Best Post Office in the Namba area, well trained staff who are familiar with international shipping options and processes, enthusiastic customer service, respectful and helpful to foreigners and expats.

6/20、17時前頃に梱包前の郵便物を発送する際、眼鏡のお姉さんがサイズを考慮してアドバイスを下さりとても助かりました。
郵便局でこの方ほど優しい接客を受けたのは初めてです。お名前聞いておけばよかったです…

這裡的有位男生主管很有耐心的協助我們讓我們完成送物品寄回台灣

일본에서 산 물건을 들고 갈수 없어서 우체국을 이용했습니다. 우체국 사람들이 친절히 하나하나 다 가르쳐 주셨습니다

我在三連休的假日到達，要寄兩大箱旅遊戰利品用國際包裹回台灣，原本看到GOOGLE評分很低很擔心。
結果到達後，ゆうゆう窓口的大叔人，雖然長得很嚴肅，但非常熱心，因為剛好遇到ゆうゆう窓口轉換到正常營業窗口時間，大叔還幫忙抽號碼牌跟借我小拖車把兩箱重物帶到櫃台，真的很感動。後來協助受理的窗口阿姨也非常貼心，這地方一定是五星好評!!!!

月に1回程度、夕方に窓口を利用しますが、職員の方が全員気さくで親切なのでとても好きです！

こちらであまり良くない評価が目立ったので心配しながらも必要に迫られて利用しました。心配は杞憂に終わりました。挨拶は気持ちよく、対応も親切でした。いまでは選んでこちらを利用させて頂くようになりました。努力して改善なさったのかな、と思いました！

買太多決定郵寄回台灣，摸索半天後行員拿出中文圖文教學來協助寄件，相比台灣的郵局真的還有一大段進步空間！
（建議決定要郵寄回過的朋友，先去買個電子磅秤再郵寄）

家の近くにあるＯＣＡＴ郵便局はひどい対応なので少し遠いけれどこちらに出向いてます。

広くて人もよくて業務も早い、いい郵便局だと思います。
