Osaka Station

Amazing, clean and great. We had our first bullet train ride from Osaka to Kyoto. Memorable!

One more great hub station for Osaka. Many lines go through from Kyoto and loop line was just too convenient. Always ontime and easy to locate the platform with Google Maps. Just tap and pay with Suica card.

This is a giant train hub with lots of different lines. It’s also connected to a few different shopping malls.
We took the Haruka 15 limited express with Hello Kitty themed train to the Kansai airport. All seats are reserved.

Great station central to a lot of different attractions - department stores, hotels, restaurants, and more. A very convenient travel hub for tourists.

Been using the station very often! Lots of people! Very busy, many shops, many restaurants lot of things to do on all the levels, you can spend the time around for hours 👍

I was here to catch the Shinkansen bullet train to Kyoto. The facilities like waiting room, ticket vending machines, washrooms, cloak room, etc, here are world class and very good quality.

Great architecture of the station. It looks neat and modern. One of the best stations I’ve ever visited as it is close to fine shopping malls and restaurants. There’s also Pokémon center nearby. Made friends with a local family here at the Pokémon center. Super helpful and friendly.

One of the busiest train stations in the world, between 0600AM to 2400PM, there are always massive crowds flooded every direction in and out. The high-end shopping center around Station could satisfy desired shoppers came from all over the world. You can find good restaurants to enjoy a meal after finishing shopping. However,if you are not careful enough. You may get lost and stuck in the Station forever.

Prob one of the best stations I have ever visited. Lots of malls and things to do without even leaving the area. The Nintendo and pokemon store is also next to it

This place is totally sick and messy but I love it so much 🤩
Every time when I was here I got lost but I was enjoying it a lot. This station supposes to be included in every travel itinerary for everybody who will visit Osaka.

Never felt so happy to be in a train station! Felt more like a huge shopping centre and park, ie a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with so many food choices, shop for anything and spacious park to hang out and simply enjoy Osaka! 👍👍👍

Huge station in the heart of Osaka, close to many hotels, shopping centers and restaurants. This station has many lines that can take you to Kyoto, Nara and more. This place while big, can get very busy and crowded, especially during rush hour or when there are delays. There are plenty of convenience stores and terminals for tickets or card top-ups.
This was my favourite station to visit and use while staying in Japan.

Please note Haruka platform is not here inside JR station. It’s somewhere else in next building. It’s a hard lesson for me to learn, almost missed my flight. Also for those who have a flight to catch, be prepared for long queue in ticket machine or counter.

Osaka Station railway station is not only a place where you start your journey, this is a travel attraction as well. Centrally located, its one of the most modern and stations in the world connecting millions of people every day without a second delay. As you step out, the gorgeous Osaka city awaits with high-rise modern skyscrapers, shopping malls and restaurants. The streets are full of life and the city is lit-up with beautiful neon blue lights at night to enjoy the relax Osaka evening anywhere in the city.

If you’re in a hurry, this place could be a nightmare but if you’re just exploring and wandering around, this place is a beauty. Photos were taken in 2019 (pre-COVID) and on Friday nights (maybe weekends too) people just chill here and it’s such a relaxing environment. Oh and besides that you can take a train here to literally anywhere 😂

Never seen train station like this before, very sophisticated, it’s like a train station equipped with a shopping mall 🚞🛤

Do visit here if you're nearby. Packed with gigantic structures mega construction. Station itself is free. Do go upstairs for shopping mall and magnificent view here.
