Ōgimachi Park

It’s such a great museum with lots of hands on fun activities for kids to learn through playing. Location is good, just one station away from Osaka station and it’s also just within 2 minutes walk from Tenma station.

My 4.5yo boy enjoyed it so much, he even asked for re-entering the museum after lunch (which is allowed). Staff are also friendly and helpful.

It’s not just about science, but also about daily life and world culture.

Great place for families with young children. There’s a TV Station headquartered here and a museum and a park. It’s very near the biggest indoor outdoor shopping arcade with shops and restaurants galore (Tenjinbashi) and has all kinds of play equipment and space to run around, throw and kick a ball. There are also public restrooms and a place for dogs to run off leash, too!

Park in Umeda with nice playground - not much green but there are some sakura trees. Lots of people, kids playing, some walking their dogs. Some picnic. Has a restroom and benches. Bicycles ok. Underground parking. The park is adjacent to a kid’s palace, swimming pool by the same name and Ogimachi Station.
Pretty ok for an urban park. Needs some investment.

It is a large park with many cherry trees. It is convenient to have Temma Station and Ogimachi Station nearby. On April 2, 2022, the cherry blossoms illuminated by the night lights were very beautiful.

This is a very nice place to bring your kids. Your child will never get bored here. Even grown ups too.☺ Difinitely a must visit place if you have kids. It's budget friendly too. You can even bring your own food inside. They have lockers too.
