We have used the TA-Q-BIN Service and sent our luggages to our preferred Yamato office. The service was excellent and the young lady was very helpful and polite. We have been to another Yamato branch in Kyōto before but the service level could not compare with this one in Sakuragawa. If you want to use a Yamato service in Osaka we definitely recommend this branch.

店舗は一瞬見落としてしまう、ちょっと目立たない感じ。
でも店内のお兄さんがすごく親切！
梱包してないものを持っていったのに、親切にプチプチシートで梱包してくださいました。

従業員は機敏で、正確。少し慎重すぎるところがあるが、届け先まで届けるとはそういうことなのだろう。ネコピットレイアウト変更により、使いやすくなった。
