Tips for future fellow fans:
1. If you attend the night Live and plan to stay in a Tokyo hotel, you’ll likely return to Tokyo at like 22:30-23:00, so make sure the hotel has 24hr front-desk or auto-check in.
2. If you attend both Live at the same day, it will be difficult to have a proper dinner. Even the local combini store is jam-packed! I will buy bento and leave it in a cooler if there is a next time.

Overall, this was one of the best trip in my life! Thank you Hololive!

A great exhibition site with spacious halls and well kept facilities. The place hosts many major commercial events such as food, engineering and services shows. Easy access through train. Connected with an outlet mall and a nice walk way with fountains and trees.

Very large event hall. It's around 1.5-2 hours from Shinjuku, and costs ~¥1100 to get there depending on the train lines taken.

Quite a few events are held here. Some notable ones are: Hololive Expo, Tokyo Game Show, and Niconico Chokaigi.

There's two large halls (#1-8) with an outdoor hallway connecting them. There is another building (halls #9-11) that are separate, connected by a bridge.

There are many coin lockers around the building. A restaurant is situated inside, but it is priced higher than usual. Washrooms are plenty by exits. The entrance is usually at the back of the hall, as it reserves the front entrance as the exit for the end of the day, allowing people to walk to the station easier after a long day of constant walking.

There's usually enough English support from a few people working, who can help with directing where to go.

Japan's leading big festival will be held here

Very nice hall for shows. I attended the Summer Sonic Festival there this last year and now the Tokyo Auto Salon. Both were very well organized and the venue is easily accessible by train and the inside is very clean. It is about a two hour train from where I live but it is worth the trip.

I recently attended an event at the Makuhari Messe convention center, and I was impressed by its modern facilities and versatile spaces. The convention center is located in Chiba, just outside of Tokyo, and is easily accessible by train or car.

The convention center spans over several halls, and each hall is well-equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and exhibition booths. The halls are spacious, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable experience for attendees.

The center also has a fantastic range of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, making it easy to find food and refreshments during events. I particularly enjoyed the convenience stores, which offered a wide variety of Japanese snacks and drinks.

One of the standout features of the Makuhari Messe was its beautiful outdoor spaces, which are perfect for events such as outdoor concerts or festivals. The gardens and walkways around the convention center were well-maintained and offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the event halls.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Makuhari Messe and would highly recommend it to anyone attending events in Tokyo or Chiba. Its modern facilities, versatile spaces, and beautiful outdoor areas make it an excellent choice for any event.

Went here for Comicon 2022. Not sure what else they use the facility for but it's big. I would guess they probably have sports of some kind and conferences for businesses. Great gathering place anyway.

Great place for large scale exhibitions. We went there to the Tokyo Game Show 2019, but even though the crowds were huge everything was organised perfectly.

The only thing that I find a bit weird is the connection of the halls 1-8 to 9-11. It seems very illogical. But overall everything was great.

Have been there twice in the past January for Tokyo Autosalon Customized car annual events. Car enthusiasts from all over the world come to Japan in order to see who JDM culture is developed and doing last days. Unfortunately the event is being cancelled this year due to COVID, but we hope it will be performing again in the future!

It's a massive expo space for massive expos and it will be full of people. Easy to reach by car and train from Tokyo.

It was 15 year ago that I was here the first time. As a Japanese car lover I was impressed. In 2018 I went to this Messe again and I'm still impressed how big this show is and what the Japanese tuners can do. I'm still impressed and I hope I can come to here again. One thing, if you go here in January, wear a coat or a sweater because the halls are cold.

Perfect Venue for Tradeshows and Concerts. Attneded Tokyo Auto Salon, 2 years in a row, it is so convenient to get to the attractions per HALL. Very CLEAN FACILITY!!! Lots of malls around for after venue dining. Lots of parking spaces, but of course you need to pay. Very easy to navigate this area by train. I suggest dont take a car when attending huge events or park FAR AWAY, and walk to avoid traffic.

One of the largest venues of this kind in the world, I attended numerous events and every time they were managed flawlessly. Many dining options around and the train station is nearby, thus the visit is absolutely convenient.

Giant exhibition halls which hosts lots of events through out the year. Most recently autosalon 2020. It has a decent amount of facilities within ranging from convenience stores, restaurants, toilets and atms. Majority of it is under cover so it is not a affected by the elements and hall 1-8 is in a large building and 9-11 is in another. Good location for any event.

I watched the BABYMETAL The Other One concert and this place is really organized for holding such events. Facilities are great and staff are friendly although I use translation apps.

Great exhibition spaces. Surrounded by plenty of retail and food options. There is a beach not far away, and it’s well worth a visit if you want to clear your head after a busy exhibition.

I visited Makuhari Messe since Jump Festa was behind held there, which is an annual anime/cosplay event. While everything is naturally in Japanese, it's obviously difficult to partake in the overall event due to such.

However, cosplay knows no specific language. And that was defeinitly the highlight for me. The cosplays, in my opinion, were pretty spot on. The people were also friendly. The art and figures were also very good. And venue itself is pretty big and offers a good amount of space.

Very large event center with plenty of room for big crowds. Convenience store inside along with numerous restaurants around as well as hotels. Not terribly attractive, but very functional.

My first time came here for Download Festival Japan 2019,and my impression was amazing!a huge convention hall which was able to accommodate insane metal crowds!!!as I recalled the toilet and the venue were clean,the flooring wasn't ambiguous,and the crew of the show I attended were super helpful...it's closed to Kaihimmakuhari station,only several minute walk,and easily noticed since there were signages directing you to this place...
