HIYORI HOTEL OSAKA NANBA STATION

This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at during our recent trip to Japan. The location is absolutely unbeatable; a very short walk from the airport train to the hotel. The hotel feels new, with clean rooms and spacious enough (by Japan standards) for two people. Loved relaxing with a bathtub soak after a long day of walking, as well as the foot massage machine! The room humidifier saved me from the dry winter air. Nice quality toiletries, and the hair styling tools were an unexpected bonus. They had no problems handling our luggage forwarding. Overall, a superb value for the location and quality of room and services. I hope to stay here again soon!

Considerably good size of room in Japan standard. Excellent location, food, convenience store, all within minutes of walking distance 24/7.

The hotel included a light dinner option, food massager in the room, and a very decent washroom size. Laundry room at 7th floor. Seems like everything down to the details were very well planned for travelers.

I strongly recommend this place.

Update:

Turns out I forgot my phone and a case for my mouse, they managed to pick up and kept every little thing I left behind by accident including some coins. The next day I noticed I called them and they offered to mail wherever I am but I managed to go back and pick them up myself. All my things were kept well together and ready for me to go back for them. Noted that they didn't know about my mouse case until I got back so I witnessed it in real time they actually log down everything they found. This will be my ONLY choice of hotel whenever I come to Osaka from now on.

A convenient location right by Namba for the Midosuji subway to other parts of the city. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but are comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Luggage delivery (takuhaibin) is available at this location, so you can send your luggage from here.

We love our stays at Hiyori hotel, the room is ample not too small just nice. We brought two large luggage and manage to have space opening it at the walkway. The location is superb - everything is walking distance, and stroller friendly! You can literally find meals when you step out from the hotel.

We stayed over during christmas and the staff provide small touch by distributing the christmas present to all the guest.

Reasonably priced with excellent accomodation. Amenities excellent. Very clean and comfortable room with PJs laid out daily. Breakfast has varied choices western and Japanese. Very yummy. Location close to Namba. I’d return and stay again.

Great location, near metro and Nankai Namba station. You can walk around 5 mins.

The hotel also near Donton buri, walking street, shopping mall and Yasakusa shire.

The room is very clean, confortable and the breakfast is super nice.

Great location and friendly staffs. Easy access to both side of Namba. Next to subway/ train station and many route of bus / station nearby that take you to the Itami or Kansai.

The location can't be beaten, right next to Nankai line so it's very convenient for the airport. It is also very near Dotomburi without being right smack in the hectic crowd. Plenty of eateries around as well.

Room-wise, it has lots of amenities, good layout with seperate toilet and shower/bath in Sakura tower. The toiletries are excellent, the Lola products are just perfect.

Breakfast has good varieties of choices, worth it if you are heading out early in the morning.

Great place to stay when in Osaka. Not too far away from exit5 of Nanba station and the shopping malls + food alleys. Dotonburi is also of walking distance. Complimentary coffee is ready at the front desks each morning too.

Great location! Across the Nankai station so transportation is convenient especially if you're travelling to/from the airport. Lots of food places and convenient stores around and it's just walking distance from famous spots like dotonbori, kuromon market, donki and yasaka shrine. Malls are just across the street so I was still able to shop and relax on my last day before my flight.

Room was clean when I arrived and daily room service is available. They provide fresh towels, bottled water, pajamas, slippers and bathroom amenities are complete. They also have humidifier, shoe dryer, hair blower and leg massager, which was really helpful after a full day of walking. They can lend you a flat iron too if you need it, just call the reception. At the lobby, there are candies, bath salt and facial oil blotter that are availble to guests.

Checking in/out was easy and fast. They allow luggage storage so I was still able to roam around conveniently for last minute shopping on my last day on Osaka.

A really nice, clean and conveniently location close to food, shopping and transport. There is brand name shampoo, face lotion and conditioner provided. the hotel always have a fresh fragrance and rooms are very clean and new.

Great location, just next to Namba station where you can get to anywhere with ease. room was small BUT have everything you need, including a foot massage machine, a nice bathtub, they even offered bath salt.
The breakfast was awesome, a mix of Japanese and western food.
Staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walk from the Namba Nankai station so it's hassle free even if you have large luggage. Check in was smooth and the room is equipped with basically all the necessity for travellers. The POLA cleansing liquid and lotion is definitely a plus.
I'm impressed by the great efforts of their housekeeping team, they are keeping the room spotlessly clean especially the bathroom. A pleasant stay!

booked this after checking out the photos and reviews. didn’t have high expectations as it wasn’t as pricy as the other hotels nearby. however the 5nights stay was nothing but comfortable. of cos space wise it’s like any other, not big but just enough if u manage ur luggage positions well. me and my partner are able to open both our luggages in the room(double room).
location is perfect fir nankai line, direct to kansai airport. a little longer walk to metro. lotsa restaurants around. ippudo is just next door. family marts v near too. if you’re up for it, it’s actually pretty ok to walk up all the way to shinsaibashi and dotonbori.
what i like about the room itself is the bathtub! and the bonus feet massager! it’s lifesaving especially at the end of the day after clocking 20-30k steps!
there’s free supper at the restaurant too, i tried once and it’s pretty good. saw quite a few pple enjoying it as well.
didn’t have much interaction with any staffs other than check in. they did a reasonably good job with the tidying up daily.
good place to consider staying really if u wanna base yourself in namba.

Excellent customer service. They didn’t have the triple room that we booked so they gave us two rooms. They had everything that you could ask for and even more . A hair straightener, foot massage were totally the luxuries that I enjoyed . They had laundry on the 7f for 300 yen for washer.

So far so good. Checkin was smooth. Elevator door close swiftly (quite important to me).
The Hiyori dash at 21:30 is tasty. Foot massage machine in room is standard equipment. Shoe dryer is also standard equipment. Toilet is a separate room as the bathroom. The safe is actually bolted to the shelf. Room is spacious.

What an amazing hotel!!! The hotel is new and modern, very clean and has everything you would need during your stay ( shampoo and conditioner, body soap, make remover, air purifier and even food massager). The location is great just 2 min from Namba station but once you are inside the room, you wouldn’t think you are in the busy area. The hotel promises you a very comfortable stay but on top of everything, the staff there were just amazing. I got a little sick while I was there, and the staff there helped me out during my stay. They even let me extend my stay even when it was a busy time and they had many bookings. I can’t thank them enough and I will definitely recommend this hotel to you guys!!

Hotel is wonderful. Shopping and eateries nearby. I've got leg problem but its not a problem to me when me and my friend stayed there. When I'm tired, I can easily come back to the hotel to use the leg massager or soak my feet in the bath tub using the bath salt that's available at the front desk. And also use the beauty mask (also provided) together. The cleaning staff made sure we come back to a immacultely cleaned room. As for girls who wants to stay at this hotel, Pola face cleanser, face lotion and moisturiser, shampoo and bathing soap are provided. Also, this is the only hotel that I've stayed, provided hair curler besides hairdryer. Washing machine and dryer were also available at 7th floor, with indication whether the machine are used or not thru their website, that can be access thru the tablet that were provided in the room. Also usb also were also provided. I cannot stop raving about this hotel cause i enjoyed every minute me and friend were there. Just remember, whatever lacking in the hotel, pls ask the hotel staff for it. I'm sure they will have it. Last but not least, tq Vimal for yr amazing act, for sending my friend's pouch, that she left in the safe, to the airport. If not for you, we would have missed our flight. Tq again 😁

This hotel is truly customer-centric! The room is comfortable though not big, but it contains all the facilities that exceed expectations. It has a multi-point USB charger for mobile devices, a hair curler, quality tea bags and coffee, and even a feet massager in each room! The hotel even provides free supper in the form of rice and a few side dishes and miso soup at 930-11pm! It is also very conveniently located about 3mins from Namba station and about 10mins to Dotonbori. There is also a microwave available on the 6th floor. A most pleasant stay!
